      I do not recommend MGP. I have a 2024 ****** Tacoma Sport. Their website indicated the covers would fit. I tried to have them installed by the local ****** dealer. The tech indicated the front set would likely rub on the wheel (less than a paper width clearance) and the rear set does not fit at all without significant modification. I made two calls to their Support lines, technical and customer service. Neither call was ever answered. I also sent the information via their website and didn't receive a response there either. I have been a good customer in the past but to be treated like this at the first sign of an issue is not acceptable. They indicate they do not take returns, so now what?

      They are horrible stay away, they sent me 3 different times the wrong calipers and we put one on and checked with a feeler guage and would not work on my car, they will not give me a refund cuz we put one on!

      Stay away! Ordered for my 21 dodge Durango rt and my didnt clear my factory rim. I called and was told they were aware of the situation not fitting and their fix is to send spacers for my rims. If they were aware of the situation why not disclose this upfront. *** asked for my money back and they said they cant considering they were installed. How else was I suppose to know my wheel would clear the covers without installing. The wheels were never off the **** before the covers were removed, therefore where the nut was tightened on the cover there is visible tightening lines. **************** is terrible. All I want is my money back!

      This company are scammers. I told them that the caliper covers didnt fit. So, they sent me another pair, which were probably the same ones. So, the same day I shipped them back. Which was august 21. So, the tracking said it was delivered to them on august 23. Well, I emailed them. To ask where was my refund. They emailed me back and said, check with my bank. My money was returned on august 16. I told them how Im the h*** they refund me on august 16. When the tracking says august 23. I email them the tracking number. I felt Im my spirit they wasnt right. I contact the bank to my credit card. She said I would have to give them 11 days from the day I shipped them back to them. Before, they can file a dispute. I hope this company rot in h***

      As most customers have said, the front caliper covers for my 2019 *** X5 do not fit. the bolt position on the connector arms are off by 1". Waited a long time for these. Tried to contact MGP through customer chat on line. They said a expert (or whatever) technician would contact me within a business day. No call back. Tried to call both customer support and tech line. Used call-back feature. No call-back. Waited on both lines. No movement in line for 1/2 hour before hanging up. At a loss after spending $300. Look great though sitting in the box. BAD service. Probably just grabbed covers off a shelf. Definitely did not do research on my vehicle. Hope to get through at some point. They monopolize the market and really don't have a lot of choice but to use them. BTW, the rear covers look like they will fit fine. Did not install for fear I would not get a refund If I EVER get through.

      My complaint is about their customer service. I made a purchase on 28 February 2022 for a set of CCI Caliper Covers. Long story short, after calling the customer service line at least twice a month since June 2022 until 4 November 2022, and I finally believe I will be getting my money back! I was told by the customer service representative that my parts are being worked on, then that my parts are about to be shipped and then that they cannot make my caliper covers because my breaks are too big. Every single time I was the one calling them, they never called me to give me any update! Once I called and they informed me that they cannot take care of my order on 11 October 2022, the Supervisor told me that I will be getting my money back in 10 business days. Well on 4 November 2022 I called again because nothing has been refunded to me yet, the Supervisor informed me that they made a mistake and never took care of the refund, that it will be done today. this company is in responsable and zero customer service skills! I was given false promises, lies and nothing but attitude! My worse experience ever shopping online! The customer service number online does not even work, I had to get a number that works from some else. CCI Caliper is the company, looks like they are under MGP.

      Dont ever buy from this company absolutely horrible customer service have placed an order over ************************************************************************************************************************ get my money back and go somewhere else but if you cant get a hold anybody how do you supposed to do that!!!

      Absolutely horrible. Bought these covers for my ******** and of course they didnt fit. They actually want you to try to make it fit. My master ******** mechanic told me to stay away from these period. Brembo may be more money but at least they look awesome and are 100 % reliable.

      What terrible customer service. I ordered a "custom" set of covers that were supposed to be plain black with only one of the 4 having any type of decal/engraving on it. I included very detailed notes in the order AND confirmed what I wanted with a customer service rep and they STILL sent me the wrong covers, weeks after they were supposed to be delivered. I called to try and get the order corrected, and they said they started me a "new order" but refused to include any details on it, and now they have been ignoring my calls, messages, and emails for a nearly week. This placed scammed me, and I will be following up with my bank and the BBB.

      I purchased my covers in April and received them the first week of May only for them to have the engraving misspelled so I sent them back and was told the new order was processed on May 10th and would receive them by May 17th. Today is May 31st and still no covers, every time I email customer support I am told they are delayed another week. Also no one answers the customer service phone so can only communicate throw email. All in all a frustrating process to have to deal with...
