The above listed business was hired to replace the clutch on my vehicle, in the first part of July 2022.The estimate was supposed to be $ 450 and the job was promised to be completed within 2 max * days. However suddenly the merchant tried to charge me $ 550.However the merchant took over a week to complete the job, wanted more money and upon inspection of the vehicle after pick up, it was revealed that the merchant caused damage to both of the front log nuts holding the wheels to the axel The lognuts in question were custom made and created a safety hazard, the wheel was only attached by three of the required nuts- missing and had to be special ordered and replaced, which was a cost of about $ 100.00.I have photographic and written documentation of the damage.The merchant refused to acknowledge the damage and make arrangements to reimburse me for the damage to my vehicle. As said earlier I have documentation to substantiate my claim. I would like to resolve the issue peacefully but the merchant is being unapproachable.
