On November 11th 2021 I had my red 2013 landrover Rang Rover towed to Han's German auto in *********** for repairs.. On the 11th of November I received a phone call stating what the issue was, replace transfer case. On the 12th I went to hans ********************** auto and paid them $1540 cash for the repairs to be done . I was told at that time the vehicle would be ready by the end of the week Nov 15th 2021.. Each and every week I have called multiple times asking where and when my vehicle will be ready.. If I'm lucky they take my call once every other 2 weeks with them only returning my phone call one time In the past ************************** close to $***** because of their condition continued lies lies around when my vehicle will be ready. I have had to rent a vehicle over and over and over and over for the past 8 weeks. In addition I don't live I live in ********** I have had to set up a residence now Waiting for my vehicle in which I've occurred Financial hardship as a result of this period To be lied to over and over it's just unacceptable I have paid them in full I have the receipt . Over a Christmas time I was able to take a drive down to the repair shop to speak with them and noticed also later and noticed also my vehicle was parked on the street not even under the protection of their property. This was the entire Christmas holiday In which it was left outside on the street I want my vehicle fixed and repaired now now and I really want them want them to help pay for everything that is cost me because of them telling me it would be ready by the 20th of November it is now January 7th And I still have no vehicle and they still won't call me back. They owe me my vehicle fixed and restitution totaling *****Initial Complaint

I dropped off my **** *** X5 to get a transfer case replaced on the vehicle per Hans ******************** Auto's recommendation. They asked me to pay in $1,000 of $1,400 upfront in order to purchase the used-parts needed to make the repairs. They said the repairs will take approximately 3 weeks. In late October, not having heard from Hans ******************** Auto, I called and asked about a status of my vehicle. They then informed me that the part that they received originally, was faulty, and they would need to get a new part before they can start the repairs. I called two weeks later in mid-November and received the same answer. Just after Thanksgiving holiday, I called again and was told that my vehicle would be ready in 10 days. When I hadn't received a call after 10 days regarding the status of my vehicle, I called Hans ******************** Auto again and inquired. They said the car would be ready on Thursday. (Dec 9th) I waited until December 9th, once again not receiving a call that my car was ready, and nobody answered their phone. I have since left multiple voicemail messages on their voicemail machine over the last 8 days, but have received no reply. I am asking the BBB to help me come to a resolution with Hans ******************** Auto. I would prefer that the repairs be completed. If this isn't possible, I am prepared to call the local police department to get my money and vehicle back.
