I moved into a home in Feb 2023 and since, we have dealt with an incredible amount of disruptions to our day to day life due to the construction being done by Archbel Homes. I have discussed issues multiple times with staff of both and was promised on multiple occasions that things would be taken care of that never were. I do not wish for anyone else to live next door to construction by Archbel. List of occurrences:- Constant ************** in our backyard, side yard, front yard, etc. being thrown over or falling over from construction/workers - Construction worker placing ladders on our roof without asking - Construction workers taking down our backyard fence, entering my backyard and property without asking, touching my plants, lights and shattering glass in my backyard - White muck flowing out of the backyard next door all over my backyard brick, rug, etc. - Constant cars being parking in the middle of the street preventing traffic from passing thru and taking up all the parking spaces - Construction workers parking in front of my trash or moving it multiple times, preventing it from being taken on multiple occasions - Paint and other things ruining my plants, my garden, and soil - Loud music, singing, & yelling impacting my work meetings I rcvd 1 check in the past to pay for a couch cleaning (which has since gotten dirty again) + replacing 1 pot that was shattered. Since then, all of the above has happened. We need to be fairly reimbursed for these issues as staff members promised we would be to our landlord and to us. It shocks me that your companies could allow issues like these to persist. It is unprofessional and unacceptable.I have sent an email to the company and did not receive any response.
