Date: February 28, 2023 Invoice # ***** Mr. ******* Ledezma (Owner) provided to us an unsatisfactorily fences with lots of discrepancies that need to be repair and /or replace again. We contacted & talk to him by phone for this issue to resolve the pending defective product but he is not showing-up to settle this problem. When we talked our agreement and he agreed too that they will make same pattern or design from our old fence. He will used galvanize much better from the old one. They will delivered around September, so middle of September we did not hear anything from him, my husband texted him then that was the time we heard from him he said he will deliver the fence the next day but all of sudden he took our old fence when I came home our old fence was gone, if I'm home I will not let them took the old one. The day he promised to show but no show or not cooperating at all. After they installed the fence I had notice that they used my old fence, there's a lot of holes, a big gaps and so on too many problems. The paint came off it show the rusted iron and after the rain the fence got rusted. Please see attached fully paid invoice document.
