Review taken from YELP. Same complaint.I just want to start by stating that we are still waiting for ******* to return and fix this POS fence he installed. Last we heard from him was March 7th. I understand we all get busy at times but a little professionalism goes a long way. Maybe try reaching out to your customers.This is what we call our 10 footer fence...looks nice from 10ft away, its when you get up and close and realize the QUALITY of work.1- Front gate was installed crooked and the hardware was cheap 2- Post caps were not glued on and blow off anytime gust of wind hits them. A total of 9 caps consistently fly off. He stated there is nothing he can do.3- Driveway gate was also installed cooked and wheels not secured properly.We been accused of slamming the gate, leaning on our gate and not noticing these faults on the last day of install. *******, you were here on the last day how come you didn't notice these things. You're the one with the most experience and know what to look out for.We already went to other fence companies and showed them our issues and after laughing at the work done, none of them would want to touch our fence.If you plan on getting a fence check out a reputable company I found in Clairmont Mesa called VFMvinyl.com These guys are awsome, everything is measured twice and custom cut in house. I'm in the process of trying to work something out with them to fix this eyesore of a fence ******* installed. He got our money and ran. There is no warranty with cv fence.
