This is a very flaky company that has no idea how to communicate with their clients. On Jun 26, 2023 ************************************************* knocked on my door and wanted to know if I need work on my house. The front of my house has wood facial boards that need to be replaced. He said that his company was involved with the big project on my neighbor's house. I figured what the heck so he quoted $8000 for the work. I wrote him a check for $800 and we verbally agreed that work would start on Monday, July 17th. I didn't hear anything from WPB the Friday before July 17th or even Saturday. I called Saturday to get confirmation that work would start on Monday. The person who answered said they would ask a Project Manager and return my call in 30 minutes. I never received a call back. On Monday, July 17th I called WPB at 9 .a.m. The person who answered said *********************** would be over at 5 p.m. to make measurements and start some light prep work. 5 p.m. came and went. No ******, no call saying ****** can't make it or is running late, nothing. Later I called ********' number and he told me ****** didn't need to come over but workers would show up tomorrow to power wash the front of my house. After hanging up I decided that something was wrong and did not want to deal with this so-called company. I sent ******** a text telling him they were fired. On July 18th I called WPB around 9 a.m. This time I only got an answering machine, the desk of ***********************. I left the same message, "you're fired". Anyways I'm not sure if this company is even real so if anyone from Western Pacific Builders comes knocking just tell them no thanks and send them away.
