In November 2022 we entered in contract with Multitaskr for an ADU to be built on our property. On January 29, 2024 a loan was taken out and paid directly to multitaskr in the amount of $100,000. (see attached). We have not had any work completed by the company. In March 2024 they indicated that plans had been submitted to the city of ****** for permitting. As of September 2024, we have confirmed that the city never received the plans. We have had no contact and been unable to reach the company for 3 weeks. It has been brought to our attention that the company has gone bankrupt and closed down. We received no work from them and we have an outstanding balance of $100000 that was paid to the directly.

In August 22, 2023 we signed an agreement with the construction company multitasker to us a two-story ADU in the back of our property Between August and February of the following year they said they were working on paperwork and doing the necessary steps with the city before they could get started On 2/16 multitaskr collected $155,000 from two lenders on my behalf, sunlight financial and mosaic Per video and phone conversation they told us they were submitting plans to the city of *********** and that it would take a few months as plans would likely go to the city and get sent back for revisions and then get sent back again to the city We then tried to follow up with them to see what the status was as they had not reached back out to us and they then started completely avoiding all forms of communication and including phone and email. We recently found out that not even two weeks ago. The company was on the news in ********* CA for promising a family the same thing. It seems like the company has no intention of doing any of the work and are not going to be returning any of the money that we paid them.

I have a contract signed 6/2023 with Multitaskr to build a 500 sq ft ADU at my property. There has been zero progress toward beginning the project (some plans have gone back and forth a few time with city of ******* planning). I have contacted Multitaskr multiple times voicing my concerns about lack of progress, with lack/poor communication. Last month Multitaskr said they were suspending operations while they "restructured", with a promise that they would be in contact week of 9/10/24. My $100,000 loan paid to Multitaskr becomes due February 2025. I am afraid this company is closing, or it was fraudulent all along. Can you please help me resolve this issue? I will not be able to repay the loan to ****** unless the *** is built. Thank you for your help and time. ******* *******

I have been working with the Multiskers since 2021 and they have reviewed our contract as they have been pushing back the Contruction of our ADU. I have paid them in full with the assistance of three loans. I spoke with the contract supervisor, ****** ******, on 09/10/2024 who said that ********** has not paid their employees and he sent me a link of a video from ******** and he suggested that I obtain an attorney as he believes the company has abandoned their current obligations and they are not responding to either their staff or their clients.

I reached out to Multitaskrs back in Agust of 2022 and signed a Service Agreement on Sept. *******. They offered me financing through multiple lenders, a total of $261,500.00 which paid them directly. Multitaskrs was going to design the plans, get permits and construct an *** and Jr. *** on my property, which included all the materials, and appliances for the the ***** ********************************* commited to have the company pay the loans if the project was not completed on a time. The company has failed to build the units and has taken all the funds from the lenders which are on my name. Multitaskr has completly Ghosted me, I have sent mutliply emails, text messages and phone calls with no response.

In or around November 2022, I engaged this company to construct an Accessory Dwelling Unit (***) on my property. I discovered them through social media ads and arranged a consultation at their *********** facility. Initially, their high-tech setup and persuasive sales pitch seemed credible. They offered a "build now, pay never" plan, proposing a loan with a 12-month interest-free period, during which they would complete the **** allowing me to rent it out before the first payment was due. They even promised to cover the payments if the *** wasn't ready within a year. However, by December 2023, the *** loan payment was overdue, incurring a late fee. Only the solar panels had been installed after 12 months. I reached out to ******** ******** at Multitaskr about their payment promise, and she agreed to look into it. Subsequently, Multitaskr contacted me, attributing the issue to an oversight and promising rectification. The payments, including the late fee, were made. Unfortunately, the situation has reverted to its previous state. The promised payments have stopped, and no ground has been broken for the ***. I am told the company cannot meet the obligation because they do not have enough business coming in. It is unknown when this will be rectified. Meanwhile I unable to earn income from the unbuilt *** and took on extra debt relying on Multitaskr's now unkept promise.

We contacted Multitaskr to potentially help us build an ADU on our property. We began the consultation and planning process based upon an advertisement of ************************************************************************************* July 2023 with Mosaic and were approved for 100k. We were still in the planning and drafting phase of the project when Multitaskr dramatically increased the project bid over 40k+ with no valid explanation. Due to this and other communication issues we had with Multitaskr, we sent an email to officially cancel the project and cut ties. No work had been done other than drafting and providing bids on the scope of work. Months later in November 2023 we received for $54,822.99 due. We immediately contacted Multitaskr to dispute the charges. We spoke on video conference and also received an email confirming the invoice was incorrect. we owed the company no money. Multitaskr stated it was a clerical error between departments not to pass on the cancelation notice I submitted. They stated the invoice was cancelled. Then In December ******************************************************************************************** July. Apparently the full 100k loan amount was sent to Multitaskr back in July. Even though we do not recall authorizing the loan payment, nor did we use the funds. We have been attempting since January 2024 to have the loan funds returned back to Mosaic. We have been mislead for over 6 months by the financial and accounting depts that the funds would be returned. We asked for the refund in full, but finally agreed to take the loan refund in 3 consecutive monthly payments beginning in May 2024. They did not make that payment as promised and have stop returning my calls or emails. This is fraudulent loan and business practices. Something needs to be done about this company!!! I have attached a small part of our email interactions with Multitaskr from earlier this year.
