Date of transaction: 6/14/2024 Amount of money paid: ******** Nature of dispute: Transaction canceled by business due to business's fault for stating the wrong price on the website.I'm seeking the business to honor the price seen on the website as I have proof that it was the actual price advertised. I have been looking around for a gift and have been going back and forth between their website and others, and every time I did this, the price on their website was the same: 2k++. This wasn't just a one time visit to the website, therefore, it was definitely not a glitch as claimed by the business. As the price was such a bargain for the product, I chose to purchase from them. Little did I know, they canceled my transaction immediately after and changed the price on their website and claimed that I was wrong and it was a glitch. I'm very disappointed and furious as this gift is very personal and I have been eyeing on it for at least 2 weeks until I made the decision to purchase. All I'm asking is that they honor the original price advertised.Business response

Once the order was received, our company discovered that there was a major price glitch on the item the customer purchased. The customer noticed that the price was unreasonably low for the selected item and decided to proceed with the purchase regardless. Anjolee communicated with the customer and informed about the pricing error. Anjolee issued a refund immediately to the customer. Unfortunately, due to the significant amount difference, honoring the price shown to the customer was not an option.Our company has a "terms of use" policy as shown on this page: *************************************************************
