DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! **************** is absolutely horrendous at this establishment. ***** is the manager and has the worst service of all!I needed to rent a large helium tank for my daughters birthday. I was told to go in person to pay the deposit for the large tank. The day of the birthday, the told me they didn't have any more large tanks and that the small was the only option. They did not bother to call me ahead of time in order for me to do decide to do business elsewhere or to stav with them. I ended up taking the small tank since I did not have time to find anything else in such short notice. It wasn't until the set up of the party where I realized that the tank is locked.The valve did not twist at all. I called and asked if they could do anything to accommodate and they immediately accused me of lying. Obviously I was very upset but rather than arguing I ended the call and never filled up a single balloon. The day after the party I went to return the tank and l asked for my money back. Two employees told me refunds aren't available right away, so l'd have to return. I told them I lived very far so I wouldn't be able to return so I needed to be accommodated at that moment. As they "looked over" my rented tank, one of the employees asked me about a dent on the handle of the valve. I told her that the tank was in the identical condition that I received it in since I didn't use it at all. The employee called the manager since I needed my money back and the manager immediately yells at me over the phone and alleged that the dent on the tanks valve was my fault!This business runs on scheming people for their money, lending out faulty property and being extremely rude to their customers. They aren't afraid of yelling at their customers if it means an extra $80 in their pockets. Do not let them tell you that you can't get your money back. Thankfully, I managed to get mine back but at a threat that I can not return. I am never willfully going back anyway!
