Work included hazmat abatement from a sewage break, foundation removal (jackhammer) and replacement, black water pipe PVC lining, sewer line replacement, and supply pipe replacement. ***** was asked to leave the copper pipes that were removed from the house. He and his crew initially left the copper pipes behind the house but within a week of completing work someone had returned and stolen the copper pipes.***** was paid $48,000.00 USD and did not provide an invoice that was requested at the time of payment. He stated that he would email the invoice.An invoice is needed to claim reimbursement from our homeowner's insurance policy.We have called multiple times but his voicemail inbox is full and will not accept voice messages. He does not return phone calls or text messages. One of our family members posted on his personal ******** page asking him to call us. He finally called and said he had sent an invoice and it was probably in a spam or junk mail folder. As of July 11, 2023 no invoice has been received.*********************** told us that he would hand deliver an invoice and video file of the work area but he has not.In addition to the copper pipes stolen, *****'s crew broke the sink which did not need to be moved that they removed from the bathroom and left the toilet full of black water sitting in the room adjacent to the bathroom.
