On October 2, 23, doctors ******* and ***** from the gynecology department performed a laparoscopic hysterectomy on me. The postoperative care instructions from ************** were minimal. On October 25th, I began to have complications, so I went for a medical check-up. I went to Simnsa 5 times for the same issue. I visited five doctors including ************** for this issue. Most of them were skeptical (including **************) and I did not receive adequate care to help me with my problem. On November 6, 2023, I went to see ************** again, but this time I had a photograph to verify the problem. Doctor ***** refused to see me and decided to refer me to ******************. When Doctor ******* examined my wound, I felt like something tore inside me and caused me to hemorrhage. On November 8, 2023, I had to go to the emergency room. When I arrived at the emergency room, they had me see the gynecologist who was on duty that afternoon. She recommended that I be taken back into the operating room with anesthesia to perform the necessary procedure. When Doctor ******* showed up at the hospital, he informed me that he had to examine me. I told him that the doctor on duty had already examined me. Nevertheless, he insisted on examining me again. During this examination, I began to feel intense pain. The doctor stitched my wound. The doctor never informed me that he would perform the procedure. All this happened in the examination room. When the doctor finished, he informed me that if my condition did not improve in two hours, he would have to take me to the operating room. Two hours passed and my situation did not improve, so they admitted me to the operating room. This entirely unpleasant and painful situation could have been avoided if ************** had given me the appropriate care instructions when authorizing my discharge from the hospital after the surgery. Or if any of the multiple doctors I consulted before November 6 had attended to my request in a responsible manner.Initial Complaint

I went to urgent care on 5/10/24 and 05/13/24 i have called two times waited about 1 hours and they said they will make the correction in my flexible spending report online i went in person and could help me with this issue. i have spoken to customer service exmployees name ********* and ****** said they would call me back with a solution anf nothing has happened. I need this fix and corrected because thats how I get reimburse from my insurance.I would appreciate if you guys can help me wiith this. Thank you
