Worst company ever! Personally, they don't receive one star! They should be removed from BBB.Do not deal with this company as it's a scam!!!! Do your research. Look at reviews first.I foolishly signed on with them and when I wasn't receiving any royalties after they told me the book was doing well, they never addressed the issue. Always same excuse like "Amazon hasn't sent in their numbers yet."Then to top it off they sent me this false document from Waterstones UK saying Waterstones wanted to sell my book and give me an advance for ****** books at $78,000 paid up front. I just had to pay Pageturner $18,898.00 US first to cover some of the documents that had expired. That is $26,276.67 Cdn Funds!! This is a FRAUD! I contacted Waterstones and they said they would never operate this way. They get a lot of scams like this . Pageturner even impersonated one of their employees to call me and leave me a message.I told Pageturner I wanted to cancel my membership several times (via email) and they never sent me a cancellation letter. Instead they blocked my website so I couldn't access it . When I tried it on other computers, there is was!! On mine it said, "This site can't be reached."They sent me false royalty receipts showing no sales, even though the book was doing well, they said!All they want is your money. Do not engage!!I personally don't know why BBB would even sign them up.Would be nice if a class action suit was brought against them.

My experience with the PageTurner *********************************************** production team was professional however that appears to be the only credible part of the company. They are involved in scam activities whether directly or indirectly. They make promises that every author dreams of and spin a tale that will make you pay for services that do not really make much sense yet make the possibilities of being rewarded within reach, with just one more payment, again and again. They are not worth the financial or the emotional turmoil.

This company is in the business to make money on new authors by providing clever hopes of tremendous success for a price. The price is for real, the promise is for real, but the customer's/author's success is not in their game plan. Once they have the initial investment in hand, usually $2500 to $3000, they begin to promote additional plans for success for additional investments of $3000 to $ 5000 all before the *** has been achieved from the first investment.Next is the movie. "We have movie producer who really wants to make you book into a movie." 'We will do 50/50 with you." " We only need $50,000" Really? And they haven't sold a book from the first $2500 investment.You can't blame the company. It is their business. Your dream is their success. Just be aware. Think return on investment.(***)

I ************ must first admit that i did not do my homework on this one. Page Turner Press and Media is a SCAM. They hound you for more money, but after that you cannot reach anyone. If you are bless enough to reach ******* support they will only transfer you to someone who will never answer. I have submitted a request to cancel, but no reply yet and i suspect there will never be a resolution. Stay away from this company.

A criminal scam!I initially was contacted in 2022 by Pageturner as a hybrid publisher. Since I have many manuscripts ready, I selected one of the publishing packages and worked to finalize the manuscript for publication. In the meantime, I went back and forth with my contact over cover design and other layout details. The book was ready in July of 2023, and that's when the scam started.************************* from Pageturner contacted me towards the end of August and claimed that ********* was interested in publishing my book. He took almost $5K from me for "book return insurance" (which policy was never really issued) and another $6K towards getting the book reviewed by New *********** The date for the book signing event kept mysteriously moving from November 18 to December 15. About December 15, ***** told me that ********* had offered to pick up two more of my books but needed book return insurance for both of them. Total spend so far $21K, all from loans from family. Finally, he asked me to pay another $10K towards two more New ********** reviews. The final book signing date was supposed to be on March 8th. I went to the venue (***********, ********) on March 8th and found no event there. ********* has announced that it has no connection with Pageturner. I intend to file complaints with the **** the **** and California Secretary of State about the huge fraud Pageturner is operating.

I was just contacted by page turner folk and paid 2000$ for my book license.They claim if I would send them 70k$,I would make 800000.00!Thanks for letting me know! They will not get another dime from me. I want my 2000$ back!!!

I paid $2500.00 to Page Turner as a down payment for a project to list my book in the ** A. Times. That project was never completed. I have tried to contact Page Turner through the financial department to ask for a return of those funds and never heard from them then i tried another department and have never heard anything from them. i would like my money returned and since they done nothing more and ignored my request I wish to terminate my contract with Page Turner and gave my money returned.

I have read all the lies stated in Page Turner replies to complaints. I have been scammed out of nearly $10,000, I sadly see others have been scammed out of huge $$ amounts. I have also researched them and found they have 2 addresses, both mailboxes in postal stores. Their company LLC is registered to a small blue house in ***********, expect this is where they work out of.I have confirmation from Alliance of Independent Authors in ****** ** that Page Turner "Unfortunately, we are well aware of Page Turner. Our Watchdog rates them a Caution". Their website is allianceindependentauthors.org, their list shows their ratings for publishing companies worldwide.Page Turner has a terrific website, paid for by all their scams, don't be fooled by their fancy words - they are a scam company, some call them a 'vanity' or 'hybrid' publishing company, they charge horrendous prices for low quality services. I have emailed other PT authors who agree they have been scammed. Ask the authors claiming success how much they had to pay for their 'success'. It is very, very sad PT is allowed to continue in the publishing world.

PageTurner Press and Media, operates out of ***************! They have no office in ***********, **, The address, if Googled, turns out to be a store called "Postal Annex" that simply receives mail. Their "Agent" collects the mail and forwards it to their location in ***************. Checks are deposited in a local bank, probably in or near ***********, then funds are transferred from there to a *********** location. All production and printing is done there too. How do we know this? Like other fools, we too were scammed for a "bunch" and started checking things out. DON'T DO IT!!!!!

I fell for their bait (my books have been accepted by traditional publishers. movie deals, etc..) and lost over $135,000. Even though I signed DocuSign agreements to receive month royalty payments, PageTurner is still selling my books worldwide on the internet and I haven't received a dime. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
