My son has been a member of this location for well over a year even though we do not use his membership on a monthly basis. I had received a ***** pass that included 3 passes for my son to bring a friend for free because of him being a member. We came in last week and the gentleman checking us in took the pass as we had brought a friend. Fast forward to today's visit, I was greeted by ******* and when handing her the ***** pass she proceeded to tell me that she would not take it as it had expired. I told her that the gentleman standing right next to her just took it last week and also in addition to paying for multiple membership months without using the service that she should kindly take the pass. She said no and I asked for a manager. She said the manager was busy and it would be a while. The manager, ******* took over 15 min to come out and I had to explain again and she just said no we can't take it even though your employee standing right next to her took it last week. Both women were extremely rude and offered no resolution except to pay for service. I told her that I now wanted to cancel our membership as the service showed their lack of empathy or fault and they took no ownership with their error.Initial Complaint

Sky **** in *******, ********** made 3 UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES TO MY CREDIT CARD and the company is saying they WILL NOT REFUND THE $125.98 for services I DID NOT REQUEST NOR RECEIVED.I visited ******** location at *************************************************** with my two grandchildren on or around 4-14-22. I purchased special socks for them to enter the trampoline area. I used my ******** **************** Master Card to purchase the socks for $8.00. I received the receipt and that was the end of it.On July 1, 2022, I discovered 3 charges of $41.98 each made to my credit account on 4-14-22, 4-29-22, 5-30-22, and 6-28-22 for a total of $167.92. I made many attempts to contact Sky **** at the number ************ listed on their website for the next 3 weeks. The number is for a recording that advertises their trampoline centers, but it is only a recording.I then sent Sky **** an email at ************************ and did not hear back. On July 11, 2022, I contacted my bank and filed a dispute against Sky ****. Then I mailed a letter to their Florida corporate office of which cannot find their office online, now their website directs you to a ***********, ** corporate office.We finally received an email from *************************** from Sky **** informing I was CANCELING MY MEMBERSHIP!, but I NEVER PURCHASED A MEMBERSHIP!! I explained this in response.On August 31, I received a letter from my bank asking for more details. I had been told they would be taking care of this issue and now we were back to square one. On September 30, Sky **** issued a credit to my back credit account for $83.96 to the NEW account as the previous card was canceled due to the Fraud dispute. Therefore, I cannot provide copies of the statements because the account was CLOSED. SKY ZONE STILL NEEDS TO ISSUE CREDIT FOR $83.96 for the 2 remaining charges.thank you. I would greatly appreciate any help from BBB.********************* ************ *******************
