Hello, I would like to place a complaint on Wrap Project San Diego. On 4-28-21 We took our ************* GL 350 to get the remaining wrap that was on our vehicle removed with a detail cleaning inside at a total of $1229.00. During the time our vehicle was in ***** shop there were some damages. -Both tailgate lights and passenger taillight were cracked.-The window switches on the front and back driver side doors, they have been rubbed off. - Still some wrap We have been going back-and-forth with **** for the past four months, trying to let him make it right with no success. We now have an appointment to get these damages fixed at South Bay Auto House where we get all our maintenance and repairs done. We have sent the estimates to **** and have tried to get him to replace them. He says its to much & he now is now denying any of these damages. There is a lot more to this incident but not enough room. I have all text messages pictures verifying that this statement is true.
