      Ever since this business has opened, employees play loud music nightly. During business hours is understandable, but after 9:00pm I should not hear bass music while ** trying to sleep. The new location that was built in Redlands ********** is located next door to an apartment complex. My unit is not only across the street literally, I hear constant loud music until employees leave at midnight. Ive called the local authorities to complain and continue to do so. This is starting to impact my sleep and health, I wake up at 6:00am for work and currently struggle to sleep, the loud music does not help my situation. What can Dutch Bros. Corporate do to remedy this situation?

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      I received an email on Sunday, August 21, 2022 advising that I had redeemed my reward for a free drink however I did not visit any Dutch **** location or make any Dutch **** purchases that day so someone had hacked my account. I contacted Dutch **** at [email protected] who researched the inquiry. Both ************* stated that they have closed my ordinal account and created a new account for me but I was supposed to receive an email with specific instructions on how to create this new account. I cannot create an account without their email. I have yet to receive this email from anyone within Dutch Bros. I have emailed them 3 times advising of such and it has now been over 2 weeks with no response. The request ID is *******
