            This establishment handles *** forms and vehicle registration. I paid $100 on 4/16/2024 to them to fill out a "Verification of Vehicle" Registration form to register my vehicle with the **** I took the form to the *** and it was not accepted, since they put down the wrong Body Type Model number. This car is a SUV, but it doesn't have a hatchback. Instead, it has a door in the back that opens at one side. Because of that, it is labeled as "UT" and NOT "4H". So..the *** did not accept the form and I had to have someone else complete the form. I went back to the A1 Wireless to get a refund and the owner refused to refund my money. He said he did everything correct and should not have to refund my money. If he did it right, why wasn't his form accepted? At this point, I just want my $100 back.
