I bought cement siding for my home about 2 years ago. 2 of the cement bord crack. I contacted this company in January 2023 sent them photos. they said they would get right on it. Its been 8 months and I still have not gotten a response as to when they are going to fix the cracked siding. I have been Dealing with ******* and left several (9) message for the owner **** and still no response. I have never dealt wit such poor customer service. They were on top of things to make sale but that I want them to follow through on their word. I would never recommend this company. Now that you need them, they do not want to give you the time or day. ********************

Last July, Reliable gutted and renovated one of our bathrooms which also had some flooring issues. The bathroom is also very old and desperately needed some updating.We obtained estimates from several contractors in the area; and sometimes the estimates/sales pitches ran multiple days and endless hours. Time estimates for the duration of the project ran into five, six or more weeks to complete. We found Reliable and a couple representatives came out; gave us some ballpark costs and ideas. Reliable indicated the project seemed straight-forward and could be finished in just a couple weeks or so. The cost didn't didn't make us wrestle with the bottle of sedatives; so we went with Reliable.A fellow came out and performed demolition of the bathroom in just one day to begin the adventure. There was no turning back now. The two craftsman/artisans assigned to our re-model were **** and ****. They were polite and respectful of our concerns and daily activities/schedules and worked wonderfully as a team together.My wife selected tiles, flooring, lighting, paint, toilet, mirrors and a shower (with its enclosure)with *****, the Project Coordinator. A couple of executive decisions that needed to be made by the owner were addressed immediately to keep the project satisfactorily on track.The project was completed in two and half weeks; within budget; without trauma; and it looks absolutely beautiful!.************ Fair Oaks

They were professional, courteous, proficient and clean. From start to finish it only took 5 days to replace our entire roof!!!
