I am trying to help my elderly ill mother to file her (late) 2021 & 2022 taxes. She has dementia and couldn't tell me the tax service that she used. I found from looking at her 2020 taxes, that she used L&S ************ I organized a lot of my moms taxes, had one appointment with ***** at L&S and it seemed to go well. I had a follow up appointment with him 2 weeks ago (April 2023), he was half hour late to the appointment, didn't even offer an apology, rushed me out of the office and said he'd be in touch by the end of the week.The end of the week came and went, twice now, and we are approaching week 3 (first week of May) I have left 3 voicemails that were cordial, each one sounding less and less forgiving. I've tried reaching out to his email. I've left a voicemail in the general mailbox, nobody in the entire office is responding to me. I need to know, if you don't want our business, you need to communicate. If you need more time, you need to communicate. If you need more documents from me, you need TO COMMUNICATE. This is very unprofessional, unwarranted, frustrating and very rude!It is this late in the game, I need this resolved ASAP. Zero communication is unacceptable.
