    Scam! Sent in a deposit last year for a metacycle. Their customer service email is no longer active and they never delivered their goods to me or hundreds (maybe even thousands) of others who put a payment or deposit in.

    I ordered a meta cycle and sondors refuses to contact me and refuses to fill my order. I have a lawyer and am pursuing a lawsuit.

    November of 2021 I paid $5100 for a motorcycle. December of 2022 I paid $700 for "paperwork, preparation and delivery" of said motorcycle. It's now February of **** and the company still hasn't delivered the motorcycle. Since last spring I have tried to contact the company regarding delivery or cancellation through their website and by phone, but they haven't responded.

    **************************I paid $ ********. $ ******** for the purchase, $ ****** for the financing, and $ ****** for the delivery. I paid in bulk payments in 2021 and was fully paid up almost immediately. I have been sending emails like crazy and no one is responding to them. I call customer service and leave messages and the same, no one has returned my calls. The last time I did get through, the representative told me that ***** was behind on parts. I am really frustrated, I have just gone through my third summer without being able to enjoy the MetaCycle I ordered. I have even purchased accessories for the bike which are sitting and gathering dust.Can someone please give me an update on the status of this company ( Storm Sondors ) and what I can do to get the full $ ******** should I decide I no longer wish to wait for it.Thank You A Million, *************************.

    Spent 500$ on down payment on Metacycle back in march 2023 saying delivered Q4 this year. All emails I get from the company now are from there e-bikes going on sale. Looks like the company is trying to liquidate and pull in more money on product they wont deliver.I am gonna email the company but from what I see nobody responds and there site is still up but cant even order a bike. I am gonna contact PayPal and see what they can do since i did the initial payment through them.

    As for November 2023 seems like SONDORS company doesn't exist anymore. We bought MXS bike directly from their website early October. They took our money and dissappear. Literally! Never seen a bike. Never seen an email or ANY other form communication. They don't even answer the phone or emails even once. I'm really glad I was able to make a claim with my bank and get a full refund. But still it was a HUGE stress and my wife didn't get her birthday gift yet...

    I paid my full payment including shipping charges in 2021 for Q1 2022 release. Since they postponed several times, I requested for cancelation. I did not get any repose back from them until now.

    I paid Sondors $5,700.00 for a Metacycle 13 months ago. I would call and email periodically and always be reassured that my Metacycle would be eventually delivered. Now, Sondors does not even return calls or emails. A class action lawsuit should be started.

    Zero stars if I could. Failure to deliver metacycle for over a year after dull payment. No response to countless phone calls and email for a full refund. Fraudulent company do not order from them. Not sure I will ever get my money back. I have filed complaints with the ************************ and the Attorney General for fraud..
