Dear *** In August 4, 2022, I purchased three shorts from Clorislife**** at a cost of ******** After several attempts tracking the package, and sending several emails to the company, on August 29, 2022 I recieved the wrong items. The shorts are not what the website advertised. The design and fabric pattens are different, and of poor quality. Here are the order #XXXXXXXXXXXXX which includes: Men's Outdoor Retro Washed Casual shorts, Retro Ripstop Tactical Shorts, and Vintage Washed Durable Cargo shorts. The company website ************************** I would prefer a full refund, please assist to resolve this ********* practice. I look forward hearing from you soon. I purchased two items (Jacket and belt) from CLORISLIFE total cost of ****** on July 30, 2022. I received the items on Aug 6, 2022, on Aug 10, 2022 I emailed CLORISLIFE and informed them that both jacket and belt were not what I expected and that I wanted to return both items for a complete refund, on Aug 18, they responded with email informing me that I can keep the items and they would send me a *** voucher. I replied that I was not interested in any voucher and that I just wanted to return the items for a complete refund. I have tried calling and emailing customer service but have not received any type of response.
