On the 28th of May I ordered a watch, the Garmin Fenix 7X for $599 ($649.49) as advertised on their site. They send me the Garmin Fenix 7, slight inconvenience which they said they will fix (they quickly fix the model number in the product listing). I return the watch and wait for them to receive it and get a refund before making the purchase again with the appropriate price correction by Newegg.Sometime during this, they increase the price of the Fenix 7X by around $200 ($899) - which anywhere else equates to the cost of the Fenix 7X Pro. They then inform me in an email with some attitude that they will only offer me $100 off the current price.If making any purchases from this company, check for *their* errors, ensure model numbers, titles and descriptions are accurate. It was not in this case, they didn't keep the implied resolution - "we'll go ahead and price match the 100$ from your previous order for the Garmin 7x for you". What I'm offered is a $100 discount off the item that they subsequently increase by over $200.Review from Stephen g

If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a computer from NewEgg and after 1 month it broke. NewEgg told me to contact Lkkewise, their internal warranty team, to get a refund since thr computer suffered a major issue and was impossible to fix.It has been 2 months since I opened a case and every time I call or email they act like I've never spoke to them. They confirmed a refund by email, then after the cheque never showing up claimed they never approved it.Please never purchase anything from NeweggReview from Austin D

I ordered 2 boxes of *** sold by Newegg and only 1 came in the sealed envelope. I submitted the claim to Newegg telling them I only received 1 box of ***. They told me the warehouse successfully packaged and ship the *** and they said there was nothing they could do. This pretty much left me with no options for returning or going through the manufacture since it was a failure to ship issue.Review from Kenneth B

Newegg places alot of restrictions on shipping carrier so that when you order their products you must be home to receive them between the hours of 9-3 (coincidentally the hours that 75% of adults are at work and unable to sign for their packages) i also am unable to request they be held at the *** location to be picked up. My entire 2500$ order is now going to be returned to sender due to the heavy restrictionsReview from Akiva G

Terrible customer service. I received a PC case I ordered for a PC build for my customer with the front cover smashed. They made me send pictures and jump through all types or hoops even though all I wanted was a replacement cover, not to return the entire item. They would not help and told me to contact the manufacturer. They did nothing to help me get in contact with the manufacturer. I closed my business account with them that same day. Multiweek nightmare, received wrong item, multiple failed reships, all resulting in me with not item, cancelled all my orders, yet in still paying ****** because they cant figure out how to process my return. Newegg is absolutely hot dogshit.Review from Kalen C

My **** broke and I'm still covered under my 3 year warranty which I paid nearly $500 for. New Egg tells me to go through ABS, then *** tells me to go through New Egg and so on. It's been nearly 3 weeks of me going back and forth between these two companies. I'm sick and tired of playing these games with greedy and ungrateful companies. I do not recommend buying from this website nor from ABS. If you do, don't waste your $500 on their c*** warranties!Review from Alex N

The company managers has absolutely no knowledge of the company policy.They will mislead you all the way just in order to get that commission they will write you everything that you want to hear what they will never ever ever stint behind you as a customer that pays them we asked them for help. They provided the wrong help now because theyre wrong there refuse to apply by it they dont care about you. They dont worry about you as a customer they only see as a dollar sign paying them commission thats all they are.Review from Chris D

Have to tell my first and now only time dealing with Newegg. I ordered an i9 *****k cpu and a ******* 990 Pro ams when I got the box that was not tampered with only had the memory and some gift discount card advertisements. I reached out to them and sent pics of the contents and box and they come back today and decline my claim, I was are you kidding me this is customer service? Cant believe my first time dealing with them and this happens! Never ever will I deal with nor recommend to family and friends to do business with those thieves.
