Purchased a Gyroor C1S Electric scooter from the company through amazon on March 2nd 2024. The order was delivered on March 11th 2024. When i tested the bike initially within the amazon return window, there was a slight humming noise when riding the bike from the rear motor hub. But guessed, it was normal due to the fact that this being an electric scooter. But, within 25 miles in total, the problem has got progressively worse and now the rear wheel hub not longer freely rotates and the rear wheel motor seems to be rubbing internally against something and seems to be jamming causing loud noise when trying to ride the bike. The noise is so loud that it makes me wonder if the rear wheel will catch fire due to increased friction which seems to be jamming the rear wheel. Trying to contact the company through their support email has been a futile exercise as they have been just giving me a run around without making any attempt to resolve the issue even after giving them a detailed video recording highlighting the issue and waiting for over a week now. They don't seem to care/stand behind their warranty and seems like they are not accountable to anyone beyond the return window. Having spent 400 dollars on this junk, has left me frustrated. I wish this company should go out of business than scamming consumers of their hard earned money.
