    In September 2023, I was discharged from the hospital after 1 month of physical therapy, this company SUPERCAREHEALTH supplied me with a W/C, new W/C, after a few months, last month on the beginning of February 2024 they sent me a bill for $157, I called them back and tld them that the W/C was at my home and I never had to use it, It was brand new with the tags and if they could please come and pick it up and that way I don't have to pay that money. They called back and made arrangement to have the W/C returned, and it was picked up by this company. One week later they are sending me texts to pay $157 for the W/C , I told them that they had it and their response was I had to pay anyway $157 for W/C I never used and they keep a brand new W/C that are going to probably sell it. I'm on disability money and I just don't understand why is this company threatening me to send this bill to collections anyway and ruin my credit, I need Help. I just don't want this terrible company doing that to other people too.

    This company should honestly go out of business. They are a medical supply company with no sense of urgency to get life saving supplies out to individuals. For over 4 years I have used my **************** to go through them as the medical supply I use and love is sold by them. I am constantly having to remind them to send my supplies/delivery. I have to go through various customer service agents repeating myself every single time the same information. When I finally get through they let me know all is cohesive with my insurance and all is good. To follow that up with no medical supplies. Very frustrating. I talked with them today to let them know I did not receive my supplies, for them to tell me it will go out today, even tho I had already spoke to them previously this month to clarify and verify authorization. The customer service rep proceeded to tell me that I'd have to call 2-3 days before my delivery date to be sure supplies go out. So now I'm responsible for doing their job to ensure my health maintenance/supplies are taken care of. On top of that, the customer service is HORRIBLE. The voice on other end could not sound more disconnected. No how are you, they sound like robots reading a script and holding a breath that wants to explode because I can imagine these are common calls from frustrated, sick and very unhappy people trying to get medical life saving supplies and they drag their feet here. This is obviously an issue from way above and these disgruntled and under paid employees are letting you know this company needs an overhaul or to not exist. Absolutely so disappointing to have to write this, but the years of negligence and empty apologies from these customer service reps is unreal and frustrating.
