      I bought a scooter online from mega motor madness,order number ***********, wich i received on 3/7/2023. today is 3/11/2023, eleven days after I received the scooter, and they have not send me the title or the bill of sales, I been trying to comunicate with them unsuccefully, their e-mail service@megamotormadness is not working and their phone number ************** is not a working number either, I need those papo purchase a tag and registration on my state *******.

      1/2022, used "***********" financing to purchase a moped/scooter. Purchase price approx $1,900. Engine broke down in 3/2022 with 699 miles. Notified Mega Motor Maddness and received a response on 3/24/2022. I responded 4/1/2022 due to how hectic it was working in the hospital. I did not get a response until recently. Between 3/2022 and now, I had to rebuild the engine now going on my 4th or 5th time. After my 1st response, I was suppose to be sent replacement parts as per their warranty policy. Even with telling them the issues I've been having and after spending my own money to get numerous replacement parts, they only offered up to a $100 refund. They keep claiming I have not responded to them but yet have evidence in my email that shows the numerous amount of times I reached out to them. Now I'm paying for something monthly that is not working and they seem to not want to help out. What a way to treat someone.

      I purchased a scooter online from mega motor madness it was delivered to my house on 3/15/22. The information provided said to inspect the vehicle for any issues and document them i did this. Before the bike arrived at my home in recieved the bill of sale and documentation to register and insure the vehicles. So my daughter and i each insured them through our insurance company's when we got back home i asked why was one cheaper to register than other after looking into this i realized that they sent me a bill of sale with the price of 989$ and then charged my credit card ****$. In order to fix this problem 8 would have ton go back to the insurance company and registry cancel the title and reregister the vehicle for 400 $ more than i already had. And if i was to get into an accident then my insurance would only cover the vehicle for the 989$ after contacting customer support they said they were going to reimburse me the difference. They refund 48$ My first issue was that they told me if i purchases two bikes i would receive 50$ off so i also bought one for my daughter and i never got that's discount and i did purchase two. Second when i recieved the bikes they were both severely damaged as if someone dropped them or kicked the over or possibly dropped while shipped three of the four panels on one bike were cracked and damaged the bolts to assemble the bike was missing. I took pictures and sent them to the company they told me they would send out the right parts asap over a month and a half later i receive parts that do not even belong to the bike i purchased. They were bright blue the one bike im referring to right now is black and maroon. After over 50 emails finally spoke to a person she assured me that she would get all the parts out for both the scooters. The next box also did not include the parts that i need for the one bike. I still have never even recieved any replacement parts for the other4 bike ever at all. I have saved all emails from company
