Placed my 3rd order feb 22 2023 and already march 17th and no word. I've tried to send emails but no response... the money has already came out of my account. I mean if they are busy thats fine just respond please. First 2 orders went perfect. Now I can't get a response? I buy one every year from you guys from the past 3 years ...Review from Richard J

This company has a poor communication problem, I sent them four e-mails about why I have not receive my title and bill of sales and to this date got no response and there phone number does not work, how can they stay in businessReview from Zachary T

I leased a 150cc Taotao quantum, and had nothing but issues with it since day 1. My ignition shroud broke and popped off the first day when I made a turn, I contacted them and they sent me the wrong one. Then my moped shut off in the middle of an intersection because the fuel pump wire fell right out, 4 LEDs on the front didnt work on both of my turn signals, my exhaust blew off from the engine to the point where there werent even studs attached anymore and when I contacted them about it they sent me back a snotty email. When I finally got to have them send me new parts for everything else, they only sent me 1 turn signal assembly. Do I regret my purchase? 100%
They have TERRIBLE response time, TERRIBLE customer service. THEY ARE NOT EVEN TRYING TO HELP ME and its almost the end of riding season. If I can **** I really will.Review from Juvy M

I rated 1 star simply because of their customer service, lack of communications and incompetence in resolving problems. My scooter arrived with body damage and vital bolts missing and I promptly reported this to megamotormadness (one hour post receiving scooter)... it is going into three weeks and still haven't received anything. Parts department reason for not responding is due to being in their busiest season but the negative reviews, for the most part, are quite consistent and tell otherwise. Just stay away from them. It is just not worth the nuisance and tedious process having to hound after them for a very poor response with no hope

I wish I read these HORRIBLE reviews about mega motor madness before I purchased, because now I'm another one of their victims. I bought a 150cc ice bear that breaks down on me constantly. Countless trips to the mechanic that have been unsuccessful and costed me another 1200 on top of the 1200 I paid for the bike with full assembly. They sent me 100 dollars back but that was only for them feeling sympathy for a left brake being extremely loose, which led to me dumping the bike when I got it. I Pity myself for being a sucker to this company. Live and learn. Never waste your money on a bike from this company. There are plenty other companies that do GOOD business.
