    I serviced my vehicle (Subaru Crosstrek 2021) at this dealership on 10/23/2023 at the ****** *******************. Everything went well until I decided to have my partner complete my oil change at the ****** ******************* in late February of 2024. This is when we realized that our vehicle's engine cover was missing. Given that I have ONLY had my vehicle serviced at this dealership, I decided to give them a call and inquire about this missing part. I have been sent over to about 5 different people, including *******'s desk who is the manager for the service department and have received no respond on the matter. My car has never given me any issues and I have always ensured to take care of parts and services, so it has not been serviced anywhere else for any possible issues. The only reason why I had my partner complete the oil change at home in February is because I wanted to save some money since my vehicle is now out of the warranty due to the amount of miles on it. To resolve this matter, I would like the dealership to take responsibility and provide me with a replacement piece for my vehicle.

    STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP ! As a former employee. Management does NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN A STORE ,let alone the service department .First off the service manager ******************************* has no clue what she's doing and also likes to get drunk with her employees ..REAL PROFESSIONAL ..to her defense ,the general manager ********************* is an incompetent general manger as well ...also laid off 4 people within a 1 month span including myself due to "downsizing" ...don't get it twisted ,it's not the car industry that is slow right now ,it's this dealership that doesn't correct or address problems that employees have consistently mentioned throughout the year to bring in more business and revenue but they choose to ignore said problems and their only answer is to lay off employees so they can line their pockets up with more money...and the list goes on ...working thru your lunches without any breaks,phone lines have enough been working for MONTHS ! ,bathrooms reek of urine BADLY , management constantly making you do work off 4 people and a s***** pay plan for service and sales workers.....this dealership used to be prestigious but now is getting run down ...REMEMBER PEOPLE,if managers at this dealership don't care for their employees ,what's makes you think they care for the customer ? This place I used to call home was EXTRAORDINARY at one point ,not so much anymore ...ALSO BE SURE TO ALWAYS CHECK YOUR PAPERWORK FOR SERVICE.****** and **************** like to use a "**** SYSTEM" so they can charge customers more for for repairs which I believed was and is a total scam and a slap in the face for customers especially in this tough economic time .Ask about the **** PRICING and watch the dealership management and employees scramble to get you a ******** answer
