Ordered standard size dress which website claims are returnable if not satisfied. Inferior quality fabric and workmanship. Dress looks very cheap and not at all what I was looking for for my daughter's wedding. Tried immediately to return it. They requested photos and measurements and in the end said no return/refund because I ordered the wrong size. No return address provided. I want to return this dress and want a refund! They are terrible to deal with.Business response

Ordered a dress for my sons wedding. Was incontact with several texts. A lice seemed very accommodating until I wanted to return the dress. It wasnt what I wanted. I opened the package and put it back in to ship. Emailed again asking for return address. I was told no. Then was ghosted! No-one will answer me. I was led to believe this was coming from California! Not! I was looking to save money and am now paying more! This is awful! Please help. The name of the company is First dressBusiness response
