This Company, CellularOutfitter, dont stand behind what they sell ,they sell you the wrong product, then you're expected to pay to return the product

I payed almost $30 for two cell phone cases. Ordered, & payed for them on the 9th of July. Called on July 16th to find out where it is, & why it has not come in. The phone call nvr went through. Their phone is out of order. A female says that, & then it hangs up. I emailed them wondering where the two cell phone cases are. A women named ****** got back to me saying they ran out of that, & to choose two different cases of the same price. I emailed back telling her which one's, & no one got back to me. I emailed them again saying you are total Spam. She then got back to me saying good choice. All you have to do now is pay $2.98. I told her if you are not Spam then give me a refund. I am not going to pay more when I already paid almost $30. $30, & I didn't receive anything. I got in touch with *************** who said they will report it them. My name is ****** so if they see this review they'll know who is sending it.

Order lost in shipping- they refuse to refund to my payment method saying that the only option is a reorder. I have since purchased the items elsewhere. My order was placed 5/23/23 . What kind of business does this?? First time Ive ever been REFUSED a refund.

12/1/2002 I purchased a product, a phone charger cable for a ******** smartphone, that did not function as advertised.

On the webpage, in the "Add to Your Cart" box stated a "90 day return policy" as an easy to read graphic/icon. On 11/30/2022, as email correspondence with customer support was in progress, that "90 day return policy" graphic/icon was suspiciously removed from that webpage.

In the "WHY BUY FROM **" link that is still posted as of 12/01/2022, it states "... We got rid of the dice altogether and replaced them with a 100% Money-Back Guarantee and a lifetime warranty on all products (including your 3A Fast ********************* Heavy Duty Charging Cable 1.5M / 5FT USB-A to USB-C, Black). Now you're playing with house money."

************ does not want to honor what was and what is still prominently posted on their website as of 12/1/2022.

Cellular Outfitters is posting contradictory information about its guarantee and return policy. If the policy has always been "All Sales Are Final", then post it in a much more transparent place, rather than burying at the bottom of the website.

In addition, don't mislead your customer with assurances of "100% Money Back Guarantee", "Lifetime Warranty" and "Never be without a source to charge your phone. Designed to fit your device and charges at lighting like speeds to make sure you are set for a full day of use. All at wholesale prices to the public and with a FULL SATISFACTION GUARANTEE!"

As stated before, the product provided does not function as advertised. Follow through with serving the customer by honoring your stated guarantees as any honest business should.

I've contacted my credit card company for an investigation, and I will be submitting to the *********************** of ********** as well.

Apparently a nice pouch, but too small for my phone. I filled out a Replacement Request online, but they never acknowledged it. Customer service appears to be nonexistent.

Horrible customer service. Get nothing but a run around. I get no answers. I want to cancel my order but how do I do that when you can't get through to anyone?!!

Worst online experience EVER! Ordered $124 worth from this company on 3/8/22. I'm still waiting on my cases & the replacement package they supposedly sent April 1st! There's no phone number to call & you can only email or text them. I've checked with the post office & my neighbors. I can't get any help with a refund or anybody to reply at this point. I'm out of $124 & definitely feel scammed. Very angry! 😡

Ordered cell phone case on March 4, 2022. They claimed item stopped on March 11, but order not trackable. USPS claims did not receive item. Cell. Outfitters, after 2 wks, said they would ship substitute and claimed, first on April 2d and then on April 6, order was shipped. Provided new order number and USPS tracking number. USPS tracking website shows invalid tracking number. They continue with delay after delay until charge clears credit card account and makes no indication of crediting charge back to account. Cannot directly contact company rep. This appears to be a totally fraudulent enterprise. Avoid them.

25 days ago I submitted my original order for a phone case for my new phone. 13 days later I notified them about how I still didn't have the phone case & that the tracking for the package wasn't working. You have to fill out an online form, no phone # given. They did respond a day later saying that it was lost in transit & that they would ship another one priority mail, they just needed me to verify my address, which I did. I was on vacation & didn't check my mail for 3 more days. It was then that I saw the e-mail saying that they were out of the one I ordered & to choose another, all of which were cheaper & there was no option of compensation. I didn't care, so long as I got something to protect my new phone quickly. 8 days ago it was confirmed that the second choice was mailed. I still haven't gotten the item. I dropped my phone yesterday & it has a small crack in the lower left corner. I found a phone case at a local store. I wish I'd done that sooner. I think this company is a scam. I don't think I'll ever get either item. The funny thing is that Cellular Outfitter is the only provider mentioned when shopping online for phone cases that fit my phone. I would advise to keep shopping until you find a different company - even if you think you'll be paying more. I'm out the money I gave them & my new phone has a crack.
