      Hello,My order (#TL9159 for the Mythinglogic 3 Golf Bags Storage Organizer - Extra Large Size Fits 3 Full Size Golf Bags with Lockable Wheels) was delivered to the wrong address. When I check my order on the LTMate site it states that it was delivered to the correct address (my home, ***********************************************************************) however it was never received. When I check the **** tracking number (**********************) however it shows that it was delivered Dec 4 at 7:30 am to an address in ********, **, 29212.I have attempted to contact LTMate via email message and online chat and have received no response. I tried to call but the phone numbers on the website go to mail boxes that have not been set up.Please note that the order was shipped in two parts with the Mythinglogic Golf Bag Rack in Black already shipped and received at the correct address. That shipment was sent via *** tracking number 1Z77E37X0331820329 and was received on Nov 27th. The total cost of the order was $202.98 (which included a $67.50 discount). The first part of the order was valued at $79.99 (prior to discount) and HAS been received. The second part of the order is $189.99 (prior to discount) and that is the one that was shipped to the wrong address.

      Made online purchase on or about 11/16/2022 for a Mythinglogic Golf Bag *********** Organizer for ****************** Organizer ($179.99)The stand was delivered approximately a week later, WITHOUT the extra top organizer.All efforts to contact Ltmate have gone unanswered There is NO phone number on website or any place else.i JUST WANT THE MISSING PIECE SENT!!!!!

      Hello, On Feb. 26th I purchases 3 pendant lights from LTmate Global LLC through PayPal. The lights were not the correct size for my space so I returned them. Paypal issued a refund for $209.97 once LT Mate received the lights back. The seller asked me to return the lights which I did. I asked them to provide a return label and shipping method. They just gave me an address to a ware house in Ontario, CA and told me to ship it back. They said we don't provide the service of return label, please send it back to this address which I did. Because they didn't specify what carrier to use I took it to the UPS store and shipped it via ground. Total charges $142.71. Ltmate asked me to provide the receipt and tracking number which I did. I have asked them several times to please refund me for the shipping charges and they have not. The return shipping charges was not through Paypal, I paid for it myself. They just keep asking for my Paypal account. They no longer return my emails. I don't have a phone number for them so I don't know what else to do. Any help would be appreciated. The only contact person I have on an email is ****. Thank you, **************
