      I purchased 2 items on line totaling $ ***** (includes the shipping fee) on January 11, 2023, order # *******, never being told was shipping from overseas, looked like CA. I received and email that the order had shipped on January 24, 2023. then when the package arrived on February 7, 2023 my **** delivery person stated I owed $ ***** to get the package, and it had a label on it that stated "Fraudulent Postage, Postage Due $ *****", so I wrote a check to get the package. The items DO NOT fit, so I went to the website to look up the return policy, which state "30 days easy return/exchange". And also notified them of the EXTRA postage I had to pay. I notified them as instructed to get a return authorization and this is where all the back and forth started, they first asked if it was OK to send me a refund of $ ***** and not send the items back. No this is NOT OK, as the total I have paid them is $ *****, then they came back with $ ***** as compensation, again I told them NO, today's latest is $ ***** as their best compensation, saying the return postage is very expensive and not worth it for me. What kind of a policy is this? This is not their stated return policy on line. I feel I am getting taken advantage of and wanted to report them. How can I geo about getting a full refund? I have copies of the check for the postage, and all the emails if needed. Any help is greatly appreciated.

      I purchased a dress in January of 2023 and paid ***** for the order. I received the order last week and the item I received is not what I ordered, not even a little bit similar. I have been going back and forth with them and asked for a refund or to send me the item I ordered, they asked for a picture of what I received, and I sent that. They keep telling me to let them know how they can help me and I have asked for a refund or the correct dress and the last email I received they offered to "compensate me $6". I said no and would like the dress I ordered or a refund. **** tracking number **********************

      I purchased these items and received them in October 2022. I purchased 3 shirts that were not what they appeared and advertised to be and the size was totally off. I requested a return address to return for a refund and they offered me $45 and told me to keep the items. I paid $117. I then said no, I want a refund and will return the items. Then they offered me $85 and to keep the items. Again, I said that I would return the items and wanted a full refund. They stated that I would have to then pay for the items to be shipped back, and they would after receiving the items give me a refund. I am to provide them with a tracking # and once they receive the package they will refund my money. I am very leery that I will ever get a refund. And if I ship the clothes back to them then I will have no proof of the transaction other than the charge on my bank statement. Can you help?
