      On March 19, 2023 I purchased an e-bike online from haoqiebike.com. Antelope model 500W and my order # is 4020. The bike has a 2 year warranty, with a 3 year battery warranty. On March 24, 2023 I contacted HAOQI re both of the bike's batteries being dead, even though they were charged overnight and the bike only has a total of 171 miles on it. They did not replace the batteries. They only have 1 repair shop and that is in ******, ** (8 hours from here). There are no bike shops in ************** that will even look at the bike. HAOQI is refusing to honor the warranty, nor will they provide contact information for a local bike repair shop who will work on the bike. I believe I have learned a hard ****** re not buying a bike from a local shop vs. trusting an Internet advertisement re HAOQI that I saw on Instagram. The company is headquartered in *****. Very disappointing experience, and unfortunately I have been misled by false advertising.

      I was mailed an e bike by this company and the brakes were faulty. I contacted them several times and got no resolution.i was also injured due to the faulty brakes. My lawyer would like to pursue a lawsuit. Im looking to get a new bike since Im still under a 2 year warranty. They told me not all parts are warranties. I feel this company does not stand behind there products. Very dissatisfied with the customer service. Plus still have skin scars and ailments from the injury.

      I bought a Black leopard in may 2023, the bike came in a lemon. I have an email chain from the date of delivery stating the issues with the bike. They would not let me return the bike for a refund even this there is a 2 week free return policy. Finally they send a new bike, its better. I returned the lemon. 4 months later the controller went out on this bike, they said it wasnt under warranty so I had to pay to fix it. A month after that the battery died. I had to pay to replace that too. The warranty on the website says two-year warranty on parts and a three-year warranty on the battery. They did not honor either of these.

      I purchased a Upgraded *********** electric bike on July 7th (Order #****) $1699. It arrived a week late and has been a problem from the start. After a lot of back and forth with Haoqi for months, they are saying that I need to find a bike technician, at my expense. They have said that they have a 2 year "all inclusive" warranty.It has a dangerous problem. When my wife pedaled it, the bike lunged and wanted to go full speed. She jumped off because she felt that she had no control of it. The pedals and twist grip are somehow swapped in the controller, so the controller will look at the pedals as an on/off switch instead of the twist grip on the right handlebar which has resistance from infinite (no twist) to no resistance (full twist), the switch that the pedals employ tells the controller that you either are or are not pedaling (on or off).... infinite resistance (no pedaling) to no resistance just one touch to the pedals... full speed. It does not immediately disengage either after you stop pedaling, so it accelerates to a dangerous level before shutting down.I sent a video demonstrating changing the *** (Pedal Assist) from 1 to 5, twisting the grip to full twist each time. The display shows the speed going only as fast as the *** will allow for that level setting. ******* is supposed to be for the pedals, not the twist grip. They deny that there is a problem. I have 20 or more emails, and many calls to ******.I have gotten email responses from ******* *****, ************************ and *****. Each time the prior email chain is ignored. I need to start over with the new person, asking for more information, but most typically they want the same information I had already given to another person. It just seems like delay tactics, hoping that I will just tire out and give up.

      Beware of this company. I have a brand new cheetah with maybe 56 miles on it. It's sitting in my living room broken and broke a few days after I got the bike. The *** SCREEN has broken twice and now needs a third screen. Haoqi sent a new screen after the original *** SCREEN BROKE. THE new (2nd screen) broke after riding a couple of miles. I've requested a new bike and they have refused. You might get a great bike or you could end up with a **** dollar bike sitting in your living room like me. It's so new, I just got my free mirrors in the mail. I would consider a different ebike company.
