I placed an order a few days ago, and it remained on hold. After reaching out via email to inquire about the reason, I was informed that glitches on their end led to the cancellation of my order. This is fine, I don't understand why they didn't cancel my order and initiate refunds until I asked them. Had I not inquired, it seems my order might have remained on hold, and I will never receive my refund. This experience is frustrating and raises questions about the transparency and reliability of the website, wasting my time. By the way, I have not received my refund yet!!!!

My name is ****. So I've been a Customer of ***************************************** Brands make-up a very long time. I brought 2 Black Radiance makeup, #**** & ****. At a retail store. I had the hardest time unscrewing the tops, of the makeups had to take a Wet Towel in order for it to opened. Brought to the attention to ************** Spoken to a supervisor by the name of *****. Because of the Inconveniences, That I had to go through. ***** said they don't have any coupons unless you purchased through online, No cannot give a Refund. Why don't this Company have Coupons. They Wanted me to take this back to the Store, For which I Refused. So I called *******************- Director of Marketing **************************************************** VP of Marketing on Sunday October 1st, 2023, To VOICE MY OPINION ABOUT THE ISSUE. To this day on Monday October 09, 2023, Have not heard a Response from either one of these Ladies. Which is Ashamed, Because I came up with a Solution or the Problem. I suggested that for this Company give me a $50.00 Debit Card for my Inconveniences. I used to worked for a Company that handles Customers Complaints all the Time. Never in my Life, That I would found that this Business would Ignore Consumers totally. Why are you in Business, If you can't treat Consumers right, We are PAYING YOUR SALARY. If I had a Chance to speak to CEO *******************, I would have told her the samething. Now I could give Markwins Beauty *********** Another Chance of getting this Right, If they don't want to Cooperate, Then I Must Find another Makeup and Leave your Company alone, Once and for all. *******************, CEO Your job is to make sure that your Customers are happy with the Products, And Continued to buy. I'm sure the Late, CEO ***************** would not be Approved with these Results. There are a lot of Cosmetic Companies out there, Would ***************** your Business. So Markwins Beauty Brands you have to make that Decision, Have me as a Customer or Do I Leave you as a Customer. The Choice is Yours, ****.
