I ordered an item from the company 10/20 and paid for expedited shipping due to me needing it by 10/24. When 10/23 came, I emailed to find out about my packing because there was tracking and the expected delivery date was 10/23. That was after and called and the message that no was to take the and for quicker response send a email. I received my package on 10/25 which I no longer needed it. I have been emailing and calling since Friday. No response. I just want to be refunded for my shipping price I said and it was delivered in time. I bought several bathing suits from a company that I have ordered from in the past. When the bathing suits arrived I could not believe how different they fit from the pictures on the website. These suits are not what was advertised. I am a very small woman, so I ordered small for all of them. They barely covered my lower half, (front and back) so I figured maybe I just ordered the wrong size, so I had my daughter try them on. She is 19 and barley fits in woman's clothes. She is very petite, size XXS and these suits did not cover her either. I would send pictures, but that would be a bit inappropriate. It's not that they are too small, its that they are not designed the way the website shows them to be. I called their customer service, no one answered so I left a message. No one called me back. I emailed customer service and they said because its a bathing suit that there are no returns. However, this is not a mistake on my part, I did not order the wrong size, this is completely different then what was advertised and presented to me.Initial Complaint

I placed a large order (order #AMI1001128505 ) and received it on Aug. 2, 2023. Upon inspection there are several items either damaged, missing something, or a completely wrong item. I emailed the support email they provided and got no response. I sent a follow up email 2 days later, no response. I called customer support numerous times multiple days but they never answer so I left a voicemail. I sent a third email a week later with no response. I purchased almost $500 worth of clothes from Ami Clubwear OVER TWO WEEKS AGO on Dec 20th, 2022. My order number is #AMI1001122121 I was hoping my clothes would maybe be here by Christmas, but I wasn't fully counting on it, but at LEAST by new years. Well, it wasnt here by new years, and now here we are, on 6 January, with no update about my order. This is insane, half a thousand dollars worth of clothes. If I would've known what I was stepping into, I never would have purchased from this website. I never got an update in my email that the order was ever shipped. Right after I placed my order, I received an email from Amiclubwear stating that i would get an updated email when they shipped my order... and that email never came. So here we are, 17 DAYS later, I have heard nothing from them. It still says "order processing" and I'm not certain I'll ever receive my clothes at all. I'm about to claim fraud because this is INSANE and they need to be held accountable! I have called, emailed, written them on multiple websites with no response. At first I figured it was the holidays, but this is crazy! The simple fact that NO ONE has responded to even EMAILS? Ami clubwear PLEASE make this right! I can't even believe this.Business Response

Characteristics of this order are similar to fraudulent orders observed in the past, the order was placed on hold by our frauds department. We had to cancel the order due to the customer opening a chargeback.Customer Answer

That's absolutely in positively false. They did not ever email me anything about the claim being fraud, the charge went through just fine, by bank never called me, an army club where never reached out to me making this claim. They didn't claim that my order came up marked as fraudulent until I emailed them about 10 times, after I commented on their Instagram accounts at least 50 times, after I called them at least six times trying to get a response. I finally emailed them and threatened to reach out to a lawyer, and I told him that I was reaching out to the *** as well. They then responded very quickly and told me that my order was marked as fraud, and they gave me a guys email and said that I could email him further for more information. That was over a week ago, I immediately emailed the guy, asking him what he was talking about and how my order was marked as fraudulent. He never responded, until this day I still have no clothes. Anybody in their right mind would've done a chargeback on an order for $500 if they hadn't received the clothes in over three weeks. THATS NOT FRAUD, THATS ME SAVING MY HARD EARNEDMONEY FROM A TERRIBLE COMPANY LIKE THIS!!!

Purchased a Halloween costume on ********* Says it was delivered ********* Could not find package anywhere, no proof of delivery. Called *** to try and file a claim, they said claim had to be initiated by the sender. Called *** ******** over and over again (during business hours), nobody ever answered. Emailed multiple times, no answer. Had to pay **** to order a costume LAST ******* Someone from a different building complex finally brought me the package, and it was the COMPLETELY WRONG ITEM. Not even remotely close to what I ordered, nor did it even contain a packing slip.
