The worst customer service ever! I followed their sizing chart and got bikini that fits like XS rather then L. I tried to reach out multiple times , no one answered not even once . So just wasted $30 Stay away !!!

Dear customer, we responded to your contacts within 24 hours both times. Please check if our emails went to your spam folder. The style you purchased is the tie side design. The top can be tied according to personal size, and the swim bottoms have a double strap design that can be worn in different positions as needed. Additionally, when you contacted us for a return, your order had already been delivered for over a month, which exceeds the 20-day return period.Review from Jay T

Dear Customer,We are very sorry to hear that your shopping experience was not satisfactory. We have reviewed the issues you mentioned: 1) One-piece swimsuit. According to our order records, you ordered a one-piece swimsuit in April. Due to the size being too large, you contacted us to exchange it for a different two-piece set. In your email, you mentioned that the swimsuit was intact and unused. Could you please clarify the details of "broke"? 2) Stains on the received product. We have checked the shipping record photos, and the swimsuit was in good condition when it was sent out. By the time we received your email, you had already returned the swimsuit. Since we didn't have photos of the stains, our warehouse needed time to identify the issue. Your refund has now been processed, and you should receive it within 3 to 5 business days. Just ordered three bikinis from BBB. I spent $120 all to find that they are uncomfortable and not at all what I expected. As I am attempting to make a refund I am finding that they have VERY limited customer service options. And they do not answer emails which is the only way to get a return. They also have a 15 day window to get a return started but how am I supposed to do that if they won't answer their emails in the first place.Review from Mirtha D

After waiting for 18 days without getting any response from customer service, I finally received the bikini set I ordered. The product was exactly what I expected, so no complain there. However, the delivery timeframe and the absence of customer service to answer inquiries about orders are unacceptable. I have sent two emails asking why my order was taking so long to be processed/delivered, and I got no response. I was about to dispute the transaction when I got an update saying that my order had been shipped. This business really needs to improve the way they do business, otherwise they will fail. My advise: your product is nice and picky people like myself are willing to buy it, just improve your service.Review from Jamie C

I ordered a swimsuit- didn't fit. Tried to return by emailing and asking for a return address as there is a 15 day return window. Have emailed twice about a week ago and no response, so looks like I wasted $** :/ no customer service number provided either
