This company is awful! Do not trust their shipping times as apparently they are just an estimate and delays can happen, yet they will still penalize you for returns if the order doesnt make it in time. My entire order is expected to come very late, after the event that all items were purchased for. It was ordered with plenty of time in advance. Apparently CUPSHE returns are free except for return shipping the company has stated they will give me $10 for shipping back but its going back to ***** and will likely cost much more (yet another detail not mentioned on the website). Order my first order and a few items did not fit. Went in to return and was offered a refund of store credit good for one year without returning. I chose the option and order a second time to use my credit plus some extra. I had three items that did not fit this time. Either way oversized or smaller in the bust than advertised. Went to return those items and found out since they done the previous store credit as a coupon code that I would only get a small portion of my order amount this time. If you return and take store credit, please be aware that if something does not fit the next time you lose your store credit even if attempting to get a store credit again. They use the first store credit as a coupon code instead of an actual credit. Thus, I got only a small portion of the value back. Be cautious and steer clear of this company!Review from Rosalind E

They tell you that you can return stuff within 30 days but when you go to return the items, they say the order is ineligible for a return. Yet if I'd bought it on Amazon I'm sure I could return it. What a scam. The clothes were super low quality didn't fit and now I'm stuck with them. Never again.Review from Alison B

Love the suits but I cannot stand the amount of emails they send and having submitted UNSUBSCRIBE requests to every single email for 4 months now, its pretty harassing. PLEASE UNSUBSCRIBE IMMEDIATELY. And yes, their shipping timeframe and communication is horrible but the quality for the price is pretty remarkable.Review from Katie P

This company would not provide me with an exchange of a bathing suit. I wanted to exchange the size for the bottoms in a set. The company would not do this. Instead, they tried to provide a "130% coupon" to cover me purchasing an entire new set in order to receive the correct size of bottoms. In reality, the coupon would not even cover the cost of the new set. I would end up paying over $10 more plus the cost of shipping just to receive the correct size of bottoms. EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY PURCHASED SET- so these new bottoms would cost me in addition to the price I already paid with my original purchase.I instead just had to return everything and ended up not getting all my money back- not even close because they charge you for the return label. It takes 1-2 days to even confirm that the refund was received and for me to get the label to return items. In the end, I ended up losing a lot of money with this purchase.Cupshe Response

I love the swimsuits for cupshe that are advertised. However, Cupshe is not inclusive to plus size women. I wear XL and Cupshe sizes are so inaccurate that I wear a 3xl in "Cupshe sizes". Most of the swimsuits advertised are not included in plus sizes. They have a very small, pathetic curve line. Not only that, but you should not have a whole separate section for plus sizes. (We wear swimsuits too). How about just list the swimsuits and then select your size instead of putting us in an entire different section? Shame on you, Cupshe!Cupshe Response

Worst company ever! The tracking is ridiculous, takes 7+days to go 1 state. Tge worst part is the customer service! They make a mistake and trying to get anything figured out from them is a joke! All they do is email and not proper information, no refunds or receipts or information how to return! They made such a mess and now they wont stop emailing! Never received my items even though it says its been delivered to my apartment. We get emails when a package is in our mailbox or delivered to our door and the only notification we got was delivered but found nothing. I contacted cupshe and all they told me was that I should look into it with mail carrier. Isnt it their job to make sure we get what we paid for? I honestly feel scammed and will never order from here again. I will also spread the word and recommend other swim shops that are trusted.Cupshe Response
