Transaction was completed on Saturday April 30, 2022 at 8:58 pm. I purchased a shoe that was on sale and did not realize it was the wrong size. As soon as i realized I sent three emails, attempted to contact the customer service number 7 times with no response. I messaged on facebook and instagram to try to rectify the situation prior to shipping because it is on sale you cannot return the shoes. I then got an email that the shipment was sent out and I have no way to recover the money.Business response

I ordered a pair of shoes from them and I needed a bigger size. I reached out to them via email and phone multiple times and no response. This is my first experience with this company and they do not have a size chart on the shoe page to inform us of sizing that may be off. I didn't want a refund, I wanted the right size and they didn't bother to reply to either email. Ridiculously bad customer service and they have something stating that they don't do exchanges on certain shoes. You can't force people to keep the wrong size shoe! What are we supposed to do with it ? Shady business practices.
