    In April 2021 I went to see Dr. ******* ******. After the appointment, as I was leaving, the front desk staff insisted that I make an appointment for a year later. I told them I did NOT want to make an appointment, they insisted and mentioned some dates as I left. The office staff told me to just call and cancel later. I called in the fall, multiple times, eventually I got through to the office and asked them to cancel the appointment. They said to wait until later to cancel the appointment. I told them again to cancel the appointment. Earlier that year, I had to phyically go into the office to get assistance for other items, as the office staff does not always answer their phone. Or if they answered, the caller is left on hold or disconnected. This also makes it exremely difficult to cancel appointments. I was considering switching my general practioner, which is why I had the initial appointment in April 2021. I no longer want to go back to that office because of those problems. The doctor is great, but I am concerned about the staff's ability to work with patients. I received a bill for missing an appointment of $30, in May. And an additional 13 cents for a skin barrier wipe? On July 27th, someone called me regarding the appointment charge. I was told they could "wave" the $30 missed appointment charge once each year. Then the caller mentioned I had also missed a second appointment for a blood draw, which was another $30. She told me she would check on getting the charges removed from my account. About a week later, I received a bill for $60 for the TWO missed appointments. I am hoping this is some simple misunderstanding and the bill simply was mailed out before she removed the charges.

    Terribly unprofessional business. They will give you an appointment time just to have you wait an hour past that appointment time and then some, and if you have somewhere to be or cant wait any longer, in my case I was vomiting and had already waited an hour past my appointment time and still had one patient ahead of me, they will still try and charge you for missing your appointment. **************** is terrible and misdiagnosed me without listening to the fact I had a kidney stone, and trying to schedule another appointment is next to impossible seeing as they tell you theres not another opening for a n entire month out. STAY AWAY!
