I ordered a petite bouquet from Eidble arrangement, for my sisters birthday and my sister received a skimpy bouquet with no grapes in it. When she opened it there was only 3 slices of melon one pineapple, 6 starwberries. I called the store to let them know. Maybe it was a mistake. The store informed me that they no longer carry grapes. But why is there a picture displayed with the grapes in the bouquet? She then told me to check in small letters there says there are no grapes being carried at the store anymore. I asked why couldnt they substitute it for anything. She told me to call corporate which told me the they cant refund me or make a replacement. It is what it is. I ordered Jan 11. The still have false advertising of the pictures of the grapes in their bouquet. They didnt even take it down. All I wanted was a replacement or some kind of refund. But no they argued with me and told me they wont do anything about it. Now I know how their service is. And I want to let everyone knowBusiness response

2.1.22 BBB placed a courtesy call to business and spoke to *******************, General Manager, who checked their records and found no record of consumer under her name or phone number. Please provide more information and verify that you dealt with the ************* store near ********, **. A copy of a receipt or order no. would be helpfulCustomer response

This is literally my receipt from my online order it states where the bouquet was made what location and phone number. If you cant see it it is circled in black!!Business response

Here is what the customer ordered on the website. And on the description it states grapes no longer added. I also spoke with the customer previously and explained this and asked her to reach out to corporate. And apologized I could not give a refund because it does state it online. I can assure you 1 pineapple was not just added to her order as we have to follow and put exactly what goes in the arrangements. We have a certain count for each arrangement. The count is not posted online this is thru our company website inspire. 3 pineapple, 4 honeydew, 2 cantaloupe and 3 strawberries. Thank you
