New Garage Door Installation We agreed to a Hilcrest Brand, style and price in November 2022. *** didn't have 1 window long panel to begin with. He suggested me to start the job with regular(non window style) and within couple weeks he will come back and replace the top panel with the window once it arrives from the manufacturer. Now 6 months later, he still have not finished the job plus he has pending other items. My biggest mistake is I trusted him on that and already payed him for the Job. ***, is now not responding to my messages or calls, which I can prove. Plus he is being very rude to me when I reputedly asked him for a date to complete. Pending Items: 1. Long window panel 2. Change window trim to the curved ones, he gave me the wrong one. 3. Replacing the springs to 218's which his employee suggested after the insulation was installed as the door became heavier. 4. The garage door opener won't connect to the wifi setup, probably a bad chip or faulty unit. 5. Who is going to entertain the craftsmanship warranty, this guy is so unprofessional and rude to the point that I do not want to deal with him after this job is complete.
