Date of Transaction: July 23, 2024 The amount of money I paid to the Business: $ ******** What the Business committed to provide you: Microneedling x4 sessions What the Nature of Dispute is: The owner of this business got all my payment of total $ ********, of which $1,500.00 was paid in cash and the $1,551.00 was in credit card. $******** was totally collected by this business. On July ******* x1 Microneedling was done, and additional Botox, PDO lift threading, and skin tags removal. When asked for a receipt of all the services she did and what I paid for $******** she declined. I received a text so late, an invoice of only $11250.00 for Microneedling on 8/13/24, x1. This invoice is inaccurate; I fully paid a total of $******** for several services, and Microneedling only 1 service. As advertised, Microneedling $1,250.00 x4 sessions, not only x1. This business is not true to what was advertised to the public. This business did not give me an explanation of the charges that were being paid. No receipt was given for all my payment of $******** and for what was paid for. There were no explanations before she did everything, does more services than I came in for, to make me pay more. I only wanted to have Microneedling done, but this business owner did more including Botox, PDO lift threading, and skin tags removal which I did not came in for, but still she did these procedures and made me pay for all of them. I deserve a refund from this business for collecting payment for what was not done. Microneedling as advertised x4, while only x1 was done. My face was damaged with PDO lift threading and did not heal. No follow-up was done. I am a victim of fraud and dishonesty in this business. The business owner did not try to resolve the problem, no answer when I call. The business owner abhors me, refusing to do any more service with me, shuns me off, blocks me out, and says will never see me again. This means shutting me off after they took my payment.Business response

Client came to us for consultation last July ******. She stated that she saw our pamphlet at her dentist clinic and curious about our services. RN **** did the initial evaluation and client wanted to get the microneedling treatment that day.Since she does not have an appointment that day,July *******, **** booked her appointment the next day so we can coordinate her issues with the medical MD. The next day, July *******, ******* came to us and wanted to check what else we can do to lift her face, remove all the brown spots and wrinkles on her face. *********** explained all the procedures and prices and which she signed all the consents. After all the procedure completed, ******* said that she only has $1500 in cash and doesnt have enough money to pay everything.Receptionist ****** suggested that she can pay by credit card but due to additional taxes, ******* doesnt want to pay the extra charges and wanted to come back the next day to pay.****** then told ******* that she can swipe her card for now temporarily since we already rendered the services and will just return her payment the next day if she has the full amount on hand. ******* said that she doesnt have enough money on her credit card either so she just wanted to pay by cash the next day and can only pay $1433 via credit card and $1500 cash.The next day, we texted ******* if she's coming to pay but no answer .She texted us 2 days after asking for invoice which we cannot provide because she has not paid the full amount of the service provided.
Services rendered:Microneedling Promo x4 treatments $1250( to be scheduled every month or 2 months after the initial appointment)PDO tread, $1500,Botox $399, Skin tags $299, skin care products $110 . Total of $3,558 and she only paid $2,933. She signed and initialed her chart with her total balance which I can attach to this email.******* also missed all her follow up appointments with us.She was scheduled multiple times because of her complaints that it's not healing. The MD was also notified with her complaints and suggested to prescribe antibiotics but she didnt show up. We also requested for pictures but none was sent.We called her multiple times that day and she finally answered and said that she didnt schedule anything which we texted and emailed her for reminders 1 day before her appointment. She said that she didnt see the email and text which is impossible because she had previous text with the same phone number and email.

I am rejecting this response because:
This business owner, ***********************************; is lying. On that July 23, 2024 I did not ask anything else to be done, **** did my face as what she wanted to make money, never explained the pros and cons and side effects, She made false promises. She made me sign consent without full discussion and explanation when I she already begun the cleaning and anesthesia on my face. She did what she wants to collect money. She even distracted my thoughts brining in bags that she need to sell, bags with signatures of LV, and more. I returned them all to her, saying I can not pay for these. She is a fraud. She let me pay for a price of service I am not aware of with no accurate receipt. **** ********************* never gave a receipt of the procedures she did. She does not care what happened to me after what she did. All Jonalyn ********************* wants was to get my money. There was no schedule me to see her or have a follow-up appointment schedule, ******* ********************* was only making false stories to get away from er obligation. She's a liar. There was no appointment made from this business for ******* ********************* to see me. I even went to my own Doctor to be treated from the complications of the facial procedures Jonalyn ********************* did on my face. I was not able to work for 14 days because of what she did on my face and the complications I got. I called their business several times and there were no answer. One time she finally answered and was annoyed by my calls, ******* ********************* answered my call and told me to send in message to show her the damage of my face. I did what she told me and she told me their business Doctor will give antibiotics for my healing. I never received any prescription from this business Doctor. This business owner, ******* ********************* accused me for not appearing to see her for appointment? where in fact she is the one avoiding me, not holding any responsibility of what she did. ******* ********************* called me once, the last call she did, telling me she abhors me, shuns me off and blocked me out from her service. This she did after she got my all my money of paying whatever procedure she did.
