on Friday march 25th 2022 at or around 6:15pm myself went to clovis motorsports based off of an offer up posting add for a used 2012 Nissan Altima with 130,000 miles that was up for sell showing all description of the car listing as excellent condition and smooth running car i asked the car sales man if there were any issues he said NO nothing wrong with car i purchased the car for $7,800.00 cash as we drove it home that night we did not see any issue with the car Fresno is about and hour drive from Corcoran the next day on march 26th 2022 Saturday i drove to the car to Visalia ca as i was entering Visalia ca check engine light appears on dash board we have a digital car engine reader and it states that transmission failed there is a current transmission problem. today Monday march 28th 2022 i called sunny at ###-###-#### with my concerns on car he was the person whom helped me with the purchase in the beginning per sunny they suggested i take the car to my trusted mechanic and maybe they would help compensate some of the fees to repair car or i can tow it myself to Fresno at my own cost per sunny they can or cannot pay for all repairs this is wrong if i would of know this car had transmission problems i would of taken my business else where but he lied to myself by stating that this car is in working condition
