            Decided to have some minor work done on my vehicle. Was verbally quoted an estimate. They sent me a text to approve the work. Dummy me, assumed the text to approve the work was the same estimate we discussed and didnt read the text and just responded Y to approve the work be done. Little did I know that they had doubled the estimate in the text from what they verbally told me. They did a bait and switch and I will never use them again. And I feel that I dont have to pay the $1,028 when they verbally gave me an estimate for $562.

            I had purchased a new truck with a manufacturing defect in a piece of trim. It took them 6 visits to the service department and 7 months to get it fixed. They somehow did not order the part the first 3 times. The 4th time they ordered the part but in 5th visit they discovered it was the wrong part (they looked at it and ordered it each time as it required going to dealership). Finally 7 months later it was fixed. I do not recommend purchasing vehicle from this dealership.
