            I purchased a new ********************* March 2020 and have been having mechanical issues with it since the beginning of 2021. I has been serviced at no charge many times by Future ****, and they even gave us a loaner vehicle on some occasions, but it continues to have the same problems. Now that our service plan has expired they are charging us to look at the vehicle and then they do not charge us to complete the corrections or repairs. However, the issues continue and they are now not responding to my requests for service. These are engie and transmission problems that have created a driving hazard for my family and those on the street around us when I am driving and the problems happen. The vehicle has broken down and we have had to call a ride service to pick up kids from school since the car would not run. I have many error messages on my **** message center, but I cannot download them the way I am supposed to be able to so am taking screenshots. I also need to get the multiple service records for these issues. The only service history available on the website is our regular service dates. Not the dates we have taken it in with problems. We have always taken it in for regular service, as required by Future **** and have not take the vehicle anywhere else for service. We previously asked the dealer for an exchanged and they declined.I would like my loan paid off and a new vehicle that does not have problem exchanged for this one. Lemon law attorneys have been contacting me but I would rather go this route.

            My adult son bought a new truck from Future **** in Clovis. After a couple of years, and a few life changes, a couple of weeks ago, my son took the truck in and received an offer to buy it back for a determined amount, which was $8000 below Blue Book. My son searched and found a used truck and the sellers agreed to hold it for him until Future Ford of Clovis purchased his truck. When he went back to sell the his truck, they offered $2000 less than original offer. Excuses were made as to why but it was clearly a bait and switch move. My son was forced to go across the street to Clovis ****** who purchased his truck for what Future **** originally offered. Ive dome business with Future Ford of Clovis since it was Decker Ford. Never again. As far as Im concerned, they no longer exists.
