I brought my car in for a factory recall and while my car was there while they were moving my car via a fork lift it fell off the fork lift. This caused serious damage to my car. They said they fixed it but since then Ive had numerous mechanical and electrical problems. Also visibly there is frame or unibody damage because the doors, hood etc do not line up properly. Now I am having electrical issues and problems with it going in gear. They refuse to help me with this matter and continue to be rude and dismiss me. I believe the damage they caused is enough for me to be given a new car. I have recently lost my husband and am grieving and am unable to mentally and emotionally deal with this situation and the blatant rudeness and disregard that the service manager, owner and all parties responsible have shown me concerning this matter. I have been working with *************** on the telephone. I have explained to her, that we did not drop it at all. We ran into the liftgate. We repaired it. It has nothing to do with the latest mechanical issue which was fixed on Friday under warranty. We acknowledge that *************** thinks that there are more issues with the vehicle, however there are not. We will not be giving her a new vehicle.

Hi there, upon looking at my complaint I noticed that it is closed. I still need help resolving this matter. I apologize for the inconvenience, but I have been preoccupied with matters concerning the passing of my husband. However, I do not accept the businesses' reply because they are going back on what they told me happened to my vehicle and what was done to it. I still don't have my vehicle and it is not up to standards as it was before they messed it up. I still need help and would like to respond to their reply, but I don't know how. The vehicle was damaged in the lift gate only. it was bumped by a forklift. It was repaired and there is no other damage. ************** needs to pick up here vehicle and pay her $100 deductible. She has not paid her registration in two years, and is trying to get money from us. She is not telling the truth.Initial Complaint

I am rejecting this response because: I did received a call from Mr. ****** letting me know he will be working on the complaint however, the issue still open and has not been resolved as of 7-14-2022. Please leave the BBB complaint open until there is a resolution for this issue. I requested from Mr. Tanner, whom was very respectful, an invoice that shows the payment has been received and the amount owed by the customer is $0.00. Thank you

On June 18th of 2022 I purchase a used 2016 Chevrolet Volt. The Salesman and I had talk over the phone for a few days about the car and agreed on a price of $18,100.00. I flew from Boise to Fresno and when I got to the dealership, ***** (my Salesman) was there to greet me and show me the car. He was very professional and friendly. Everything he said he would do, he did. He then sent me into financing and during the process I was told the price of the car, $18,100.00. Mr. ****** told me the cast of the taxes and during all this told me the car came with Low Jack. We finished signing the paper work, electronically on his desk and then he said he would print everything out. He stapled all the paperwork and put it into the *******s Chevrolet envelope. I drove the car home. Then I founld out the paper work was missing the bill of sale. So, I when through the paperwork to make sure I wasn't missing something. I found the "Retail Installment Sale Contract - Simple Finance charge (With Arbitration Provision). On the back I found a charge for Low Jack of $995.00. I was never told anything about low jack Charge in the sales or finance discussion. I do not want low jack if there is a charge for it. I called Mr. ****** multiple times and was not able to get through to him . I was able to leave a voicemail asking for the bill of sale, what the Low Jack Charge was for and for the Actual Name of the finance institution so I can get the correct DMV paperwork to them. I have not heard back from them. The salesman sent me a photo from his phone of the bill of sale. At this point, since Mr. ****** will not take my calls or return my voice message I want to make a complaint!Business response
