Starting in December of 2022 I started getting charged by this company for something I don't even know what for. I have accrued over 250.00 in charges that cannot or have not been explained to me. Charges are as follows: 12/20/22 in amount 54.89 01/03/23, 01/06/23 01/07/23 02/07/23 3/1023 all in the amount of 39.36. I have called 3 times to have this resolved and was told repeatedly that no more charges would occur but have been charges twice since that call. I did receive a partial credit on 02/10/23 of 19.96 The remaining balance owed to me is 234.13. I did try to reach company again today 03/20/23 and was on hold for over 38 minutes and could not stay on any longer as this was interfering with my job duties. I have also called leaving my number in their "que" with no call back.Business response

Dear Ms. ******* ,Last month, I received a BBB complaint regarding Growth Gadget. We own the e-commerce company, but have a management company handle everything, including customer service. I forwarded the complaint to customer service, but they did not respond to you until April 10th. The complaint was from a **** ******** in New York. I just want to make sure that you received the response from customer service representative. I have attached it to this email. Customer service tells me they sent it to the customer and to your email address.The customer was given a description of the charges and was also given a full refund on March 27th.Thanks!
