      I submitted unused stamps for evaluation. They provided a sale cost and I accepted their evaluation. They have the information to direct deposit to my account. Ithas over two weeks and the money has not been sent. I have called numerous times and left messages to put the money in my account. They have promised via phone to call me back, but have not done so. This was their contract obligation.

      I sent a package of mint U.S. postage stamps with a face value of some $1020.00 to this firm on Feb 16, 2023. To date I’ve not received the expected check for about $500.00. The real problem is there’s no way to communicate with them. They do not answer the phone or return calls or emails. I’ve dealt with the firm successfully in the past so I don’t think it’s a scam. I have documented proof that they received the stamps. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

      Unfortunately this customer has failed to provide the requested form that is required to process his payment. We have requested it from them several times. See attached screenshots that show our requests and the blank form they sent to us.

      This business accepted my stamps, offered me payment, and now they won’t answer the phone. They have my stamps (3600 first class forever stamps) and they refuse to pay.

      October 31, 2022 Unused postage stamps sent for money in return. Supposed to have heard but the only correspondence was an email they received stamps,and not to contact them.       I sold this company stamps. And they were supposed to pay me $616. They were supposed to send it by bank transfer to my account. They lied to me saying that my bank would not accept the transfer. I checked with my bank my bank said that no transfer had been attempted. I contacted them back they said that they could send it to me to PayPal I gave them my PayPal information they said payment had been made, however payment had never been made. They said that $616 has been sent to my PayPal but no money has been received. I want my money. My name is ****** Sa****s 70********** I beg your help. I am attaching screenshots of their emails saying they sent the money but they never did. I need the money sent to me by bank transfer. As I have no address to recieves a check. PLEAS HELP ME GET MY MONEY

      In searching Google for a company that buys unused stamps. I followed all directions and sent them 1,000 Global stamps which have a value of $1.30 each for a total of $1,300.00. They notified me that they received the stamps and will submit an offer to me after they examine the stamps. Next thing they send me an Email that they are counterfeit which they are not as I have been using them for years and they scan at the post office. They said they will send them back to me if I pay the $10.00 return shipping which I agreed to. Since then, they do not answer their phone as I keep leaving voicemails. They do not answer my emails anymore. This has been for a month now and I want those stamps back.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      They never answer the phone or return emails. Their response to my complaint is that it takes time to process. About six weeks ago they emailed me that the stamps are counterfeit. That is a lie as I use them everyday and they were purchased at the post office. When I closed my business I did not need those e stamps anymore. When someone for the first time answered the phones she said I needed to send them my address for returning the stamps. That was done immediately. The next step is that they would email me an invoice to pay for the return shipping for $9.95. That is where we are now. No communication, no invoice and no stamps.

      I sent in 3 rolls of sealed forever stamps. I called the company three times to make sure my stamps are not stolen by them and I have emailed three times because the bottom of the form was not signed. When I emailed the three times each time I attached the signed form. This company does not return emails or phone calls. I know it was received because the tracking said it was "Delivered, Left with Individual , March 11, 2022 at 11:22 am, ******* ** *****" Each time I called I got a voicemail that says I can leave a message and they will return it at their earliest convenience. This company also has an address of Trader Joe's in CA. The police may need to look into this. I personally just want my money from this company or to have them return my stamps.
