A+ Property Management has been managing my residential rental property from 2016. As of November 2022-March 2023 the property management has been illegally withholding the landlord rental deposits. The tenants have been paying monthly to the management company and the management company has been withholding depositing the rental monies. I have been in contact with the current owner ******* ****, since February of 2023, for an update on why the rental deposits have not been deposited. She has provided numerous conflicting stories of why the money has not been deposited into my account. She deposited two checks for $ 4,855 and both bounced due to insufficient funds. The first deposit of $4,855 was on February 28th and the bank returned the check on March 3rd. The second deposit was on March 3rd and the bank returned the check on March 7th. I have called and spoken to her 6 times (2/28/23, 3/3/23, 3/14/23, 3/16/23, 3/21/2023, 3/24/2023), and emailed her 5 times. Each time she says she will deposit the money and then has a reason why she cannot. Her first reason was she set up a company trust and was waiting for the funds to be available. Meaning she put all landlord rental deposits into the company trust. The next reason she provided was there was a fraud on the company trust at Wells Fargo bank and Wells Fargo put a hold on the account. The next reason was she was switching banks. She emailed me on 3/24/2023 and said she will depositing the money into my account on 3/27/2023, she claimed funds were transferred to the new account and will be ready on 3/27/2023. There has been no deposit. She owes me $8,100 of rental deposits from November 2022-March 2023.

They are my property managers for my rental home and they refuse to pay me for the month of March. I received 0$ in December 2022, I received double pay in January to make up for it. I do not receive any rental income in February due to "accounting issues" I am told I will receive February and March income in March. I only got income for March because they "paid me double" in January and ignore the fact that I received $0 from them in December. They have stolen money from me and refuse to answer my emails, texts, or phone calls. They also sent me a 1099 that had the wrong address and the income listed contradicted their yearly statement

I leased a property through them. From March 2021 through March 2022. I paid on time every month my full amount of rent. I was cordial and nice to the property management company. But it is now December 2022 and I have yet to receive my deposit or receipt explaining why I did not get a deposit. I turned in my keys March 24, 2022. They need to be turned in by March 30, 2022. I was told they would not be giving me a walk-through because “they were sick.” After months of attempting to get a statement and multiple lies. I am tired of dealing with them and I don’t feel like anybody else should have to deal with them either. They do not respond text messages, emails or phone calls when you do get a response they are rude and unprofessional. I have been cussed at called names and hung up on.
