Since the very beginning this business has been terrible at communicating with customers about their prices and all that’s included. After making a purchase for the soccer league, I specifically ordered a size Medium jersey for my son. He was given an extra small, big difference, no way that was going to fit him and coach said, “you get what you get this is it”. I told the coach my son wasn’t going to wear that. I called Crossfire to ask for the correct shirt size and it took them about a month to return my call. However, I was unable to speak with someone at the time so I returned the call a week after. Then during game days (Saturdays) the coach would get bothered that my son was wearing a different shirt and would keep him on the sidelines most of the time (1hr) games. The coach also said he was given socks from Crossfire and I never received socks. So I reached out to Crossfire once again, I got in touch with Shawn, on October 18, 2021, he heard my concerns and said he would speak with his supervisor and get right back to me well I’m still waiting for a call back and a resolution to this situation. ***** did mention this year was a bad year regarding uniforms, if that was the case it should’ve been stated on the online forms or at checkout. I’m not exactly sure what it is I paid for because a headache, lack of communication and awful customer service was definitely not it! Then, there was another parent on the team who lost their jersey and the coach had the courage to ask me for ours to give to her. First off, I paid for mine and it was way too small therefore my son wasn’t allowed to play a full game due to lack of correct uniform distribution from the company and the coaches personal choice if you will and socks I never received but expected me to be nice enough to give my sons jersey away?! I instead told the coach we were quitting the team and since than I’ve reached out to Crossfire with two emails and a phone call and have yet to hear back.
