      I had the absolute worst customer service/ experience from Jose in my entire life. Last year I had someone from So-Cal AAA come out and replace my battery, which I had no issues with, I paid for the replacement battery. Here I am, a year later, with battery issues and my car not starting. I have Jose, from Clovis, CA, come out on Sunday 10/24, and he said my battery was drained and it needed to be charged. Unsure if that would solve my issues, I borrowed a charger for a car battery, and charged it for 24 hours. When it was disconnected it ran at 12.8, I come home from work and my car is not starting after doing what I was told. I call AAA to get assistance, and Jose comes out today at 3:48pm. Jose had told whom I'm assuming is his boss, that from his time spent with me sunday, my boyfriend was rude and aggressive, which I learned from the call I received from Mike, and I start getting yelled at that he (my boyfriend) should act better this time or they won't help. He was and is never in any way agressive or rude, and of course to each their own personal feelings, so my boyfriend was again calm this time around, not asking any questions to him. As we are still questioning and trying to understand what Jose is talking about about my battery being "drained" and it being a good battery still while comparing it to a iPhone battery. He ran the test that it was down to 10.2, which does not get a car to start. We asked the last question, how we are supposed to proceed if we already charged the battery and he couldn't handle the questions and literally took his jumper cables and got in his vehicle and left while saying "I can't do this , I can't do this," let me be clear, this man who is supposed to provide a service pouted and walked away from me. Again, the absolute worst customer experience/service I have ever received. I immediately go to autozone and have them test the battery and they said it was dead, not drained, dead. They also said that there is no such thing as a "drained car battery" which was what I was trying to understand from your employee Jose. I called Mike back and let him have it, out of me being frustrated over having to pay autozone for a new battery that I should've received under warranty from AAA. I have the invoice and receipt from 4/3/2020 when I PAID for the replacement with a 2 year warranty. I'm sure this is all due to not wanting to warranty a new battery for free. The Southern California club was fantastic a year ago and wish I still lived in the area to have had them help me.
